NOTICE is hereby given that all the claims advertised on the 6th of March for hearing at Maketu on the
9th
subsequently
advertised to be heard on the 6th day of June, 1883, are hereby withdrawn, with the exception of the
applications made on behalf of the Government with respect to Lots 39, 31, and 63, Parish of Matata.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Maketu, in the said district, on the 16th day of February,
1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and
known as "The Reserves in Te Puke Block":
And in the matter of the application of Hohaia Tarakawa and others for a rehearing upon such
reserves:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

I runga hoki i te tono whakawa tuarua a Wi Warena, me etahi atu, kia whakawakia tuaruatia a
Waipumuka Nama 1, Nama 2, Nama 3 hoki:
Na ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Maketanara te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua
tukua mai nei ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore atu i taua tono.
He mea tuhituhi i Akarana i te 28 o nga ra o Mei, 1883.
