Vaccination Stations appointed for Sanson, Gisborne, Hastings, and Wyndham.
JAMES PRENDERGAST, Administrator of the Government.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several places mentioned in the second column of the Schedule hereto as and to be places at which Public Vaccinators appointed for the respective districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that each such Public Vaccinator will attend at the respective places aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such vaccination, on the days and at the hours respectively set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each such place; and further, that at each such place as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend for the purpose of inspecting the progress of the persons so vaccinated on the days and at the hours respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each such place.

Vaccination Districts constituted.
JAMES PRENDERGAST, Administrator of the Government.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Greytown, Masterton, and Castlepoint Districts; and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into four vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Greytown, Carterton, Masterton, and Castlepoint Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of "The Marriage Act, 1880."
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this twelfth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.

Defining Limits of Port of Collingwood.
JAMES PRENDERGAST, Administrator of the Government.
IN pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the ninth section of "The Harbours Act, 1878," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby define the limits of the Port of Collingwood to be as follow: Starting from the mouth of the Taupata River, at high-water mark, on the shore of Massacre or Golden Bay; thence by high-water mark along the coast-line in a southerly direction to Tukurua Creek, including all the tidal waters within the inlets of Pakawau, Waikato, Aorere (Collingwood), and Te Para Para; thence by a straight line from the mouth of the Tukurua Creek to the mouth of the Taupata River.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, this twelfth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-three.
