west by Subdivision No. 4, hereinbefore described, to Waipawa
County aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Masterton Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-east by Waipawa County, from
the Manawatu Gorge to the Tiraumea River; thence towards
the East and North generally by the Castlepoint Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the mouth of the Whareama River;
thence towards the South-east by the ocean to the mouth of the
Kaiwhata River; thence towards the South-west generally by
Wairarapa West County; and thence towards the West by
Manawatu County to Waipawa County aforesaid, the place of
commencement: excepting from the above-described area the
Borough of Masterton.

WAIRARAPA WEST COUNTY.
Featherston Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-east by the Waiuru Stream, from
its mouth to the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 212,
Mount Adams Survey District; thence towards the South-east
by the eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 212 aforesaid,
229, 228, 227, and 222, said Mount Adams Survey District,
and Section No. 221, Wainuioru Survey District, to the
north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
towards the South-west by Section No. 220 to Section No. 217;
thence again towards the South-east by that section and a
production of its north-western boundary-line to where it inter-
sects the Pahaca River; thence by that river to the eastern
boundary of Section No. 281, Wainuioru Survey District
aforesaid; thence again towards the North-east generally by
the eastern and north-eastern boundary-lines of that section,
the eastern and north-eastern boundary-lines of Section No. 287,
the northern boundary-line of Section No. 286, the eastern and
northern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 285, the northern
boundary-line of Section No. 284, the eastern boundary-line of
Section No. 237, and the north-eastern boundary-lines of
Sections Nos. 259, 258, 257, and 254, all of the Wainuioru
Survey District aforesaid, to the Wainuioru River; thence by
a right line to the trig. station known as Maungaraki; thence
by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 40,
Ahiaruhe Block, Huangarua Survey District; thence by the
northern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 40, 38, 61, 60, 58,
and 56 to the Pohaturiki Stream; thence by that stream to
its confluence with the Ruamahunga River; thence by that
river to its confluence with the Waihohine River; thence by
that river to its source; thence towards the North-west by
Hutt County to Taourakira Head, in Cook Strait; and thence
towards the South-west and again towards the South-east by
Cook Strait and the ocean to the place of commencement: ex-
cepting from the above-described area the Borough of Greytown
and the Town District of Featherston.

Taratahi-Carterton Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-east generally by Wairarapa East
County; thence towards the South-east by the ocean; thence
towards the South-west generally by the Featherston Road
District, hereinbefore described; and thence towards the North-
west by Hutt and Manawatu Counties to Wairarapa East
County aforesaid, the place of commencement: excepting from
the above-described area the Town District of Carterton.

HUTT COUNTY.
Wellington Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North by the Otaki Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the East by Wairarapa West
County to Taourakira Head; thence towards the South-west,
West, South, and South-east by the ocean, from the said
Taourakira Head to the northern boundary of the Borough
of Wellington; thence again towards the South by the said
Borough of Wellington and by the Karori-Makara Road District,
hereinafter described; thence again towards the South-west by
the said Karori-Makara Road District to the ocean; and thence
towards the North-west by the ocean to the mouth of the
Waikanae River, the place of commencement: excepting from
the above-described area the Town Districts of Kaiwarawara,
Lower Hutt, Johnsonville, and Petone.

Subdivision No. 1.

Bounded towards the East by the production of the north-
east boundary-line of Section No. 91, Block IX., Paikakariki
Survey District; thence by that production and by lines so as
to include said Section No. 91, and Sections Nos. 4 and 3 and 39,
Block III., Belmont Survey District; thence towards the South-
east by lines so as to include Sections Nos. 35, 34, 33, 32, 31,
30, 29, and 28, Block II., said Belmont Survey District, Nos.
27, 26, 25, 24, 22, 21, 20, 16, 15, 14, 12, 11, and 9, Block VIII.,
Belmont Survey District aforesaid, and Nos. 7 and 5, Block
XIII., Belmont Survey District aforesaid; thence towards
the North-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 19, Block XII., Belmont Survey District aforesaid, to the
shore of Port Nicholson Harbour; thence towards the South-
east by the shore of the said harbour to the northern boundary
of the Borough of Wellington; thence towards the South,
West, and South-west generally by the said Borough of Wel-
lington and the Karori-Makara Road District, hereinafter
described, to the shore of Cook Strait; and thence towards the
North-west by the shore of Cook Strait aforesaid and Porirua
Harbour to the place of commencement: excepting from the
above-described area the Town Districts of Kaiwarawara and
Johnsonville.

Subdivision No. 2.

Bounded towards the West by Subdivision No. 1, herein-
before described, from the Porirua Harbour where the produc-
tion of the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 91, Block
IX., Paikakariki Survey District, strikes the shore to the south-
eastern corner of Section No. 39, Block III., Belmont Survey
District; thence towards the South-west generally by Section
No. 35, Block II., Belmont Survey District, and Sections Nos.
348, 349, and 351, said Block III., Belmont Survey District
aforesaid, and by a right line east (magnetic) from the north-
east corner of the last-mentioned section till it intersects a
north and south line (magnetic) which touches the eastern
boundary of D. Richardson's selection of 40 acres in the
Pahautanui Agricultural Reserve; thence towards the South-
east by the said north and south line (magnetic) till it strikes
Manawatu County; thence towards the North by Manawatu
County aforesaid to the mouth of the Waikanae River; and
thence towards the North-west and South-west by the ocean
and Porirua Harbour aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 3.

Bounded towards the North by Manawatu County, from the
south-eastern corner of Subdivision No. 2, hereinbefore
described, to a north and south line (magnetic) drawn from the
source of the Hutt River to Manawatu County aforesaid;
thence towards the South-east and North-east by the said
north and south line (magnetic) to the source of the said Hutt
River, and by the right bank of that river to its mouth;
thence towards the South-west by the Petone Beach to a point
where a production of the north-eastern boundary-line of
Section No. 19, Block XII., Belmont Survey District, strikes
the shore; thence towards the North-west, North-east, and
again towards the North-west by Subdivision No. 1 and Sub-
division No. 2, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement: excepting from the above-described area the Town
District of Petone and any part of the Town District of Lower
Hutt.

Subdivision No. 4.

Bounded towards the North-west and North-east generally
by lines so as to include Section No. 20, Block XVI., Belmont
Survey District, and Section No. 21, said Block XVI.; Sections
Nos. 16 and 21, Block XIV., Sections Nos. 440 and 439, Block
X., all of the said Belmont Survey District; thence by Sections
Nos. 230, 231, and 232, Block X., Belmont Survey District
aforesaid, to the south-east corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence by a right line to the south-east corner of James Corrie's
selection of 120 acres, Rimutaka Survey District; thence by an
east line (magnetic) till it intersects Wairarapa West County;
thence towards the South-west by Wairarapa West County
aforesaid to Taourakira Head; and thence towards the South-
west and again towards the North-west by the shores of Cook
Strait and Port Nicholson to the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 5.

Bounded towards the North-east generally by the north-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 199, Block X., Belmont
Survey District, from the left bank of the Hutt River to its
easternmost corner; thence by lines so as to include said
Section No. 199 and Sections Nos. 64, 63, and 62, said Block
X., Belmont Survey District, Sections Nos. 228, 229, 231, and
232, all of Block X., Belmont Survey District aforesaid, to
the south-east corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
