Nicholson Harbour to the mouth of the Hutt River; and
thence again towards the South-west and towards the North-
west by the left bank of the Hutt River aforesaid to the place
of commencement: excepting from the above-described area the
Town District of Lower Hutt.

Subdivision No. 6.

Bounded towards the North by Manawatu County, from
its intersection by a north line (magnetic) drawn from the
source of the Hutt River; thence towards the South-east by
Wairarapa West County to Subdivision No. 4, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the South-west by the said Sub-
division No. 4 and Subdivision No. 5, hereinbefore described,
to the left bank of the said Hutt River; thence towards the
North-west by the left bank of the Hutt River aforesaid to its
source; and thence by Subdivision No. 3, hereinbefore de-
scribed, to the place of commencement.

Kilbirnie Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North and East and again towards the
North and towards the West by the Borough of Wellington to
Port Nicholson; thence again towards the North and East
generally by Port Nicholson; thence towards the South by
Cook Strait; and thence again towards the West by the
Karori-Makara Road District, hereinafter described, to the
place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 1.

Bounded towards the West by Section No. 8, Block XI., and
Section No. 7, Block VII., Port Nicholson Survey District,
and by Evans Bay; thence towards the North-east by Port
Nicholson; and thence towards the South by Cook Strait to
the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 2.

Bounded towards the West by the Borough of Wellington;
thence towards the East and North by Evans Bay and again
towards the East by Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the South by Lyell Bay and Section No. 1,
Block XI., Port Nicholson Survey District; and thence again
towards the West by Section No. 2 of said Block XI. to the
Borough of Wellington aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 3.

Bounded towards the North by the Borough of Wellington
and Subdivision No. 2, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the East by Lyell Bay; thence towards the South by Cook
Strait; and thence towards the West by Section No. 26, Block
XIII., Port Nicholson Survey District, and Sections Nos. 23
and 20, Block X., Port Nicholson Survey District aforesaid,
to the Borough of Wellington aforesaid, the place of com-
mencement.

Subdivision No. 4.

Bounded towards the North and East by the Borough of
Wellington and Subdivision No. 3, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the South by Cook Strait; and thence towards
the West by Section No. 27, Block XIII, Port Nicholson
Survey District, and Sections Nos. 25, 24, 22, 21, 19, 17, 16, 14,
13, and 11, Block X., Port Nicholson Survey District aforesaid,
to the Borough of Wellington, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 5.

Bounded towards the North and East by the Borough of
Wellington and Subdivision No. 4, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the South by Cook Strait; and thence towards
the West by Section No. 37, Block XIII., Port Nicholson Survey
District, Section No. 38, Block X., the western boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 21 and 19, Block X. aforesaid, Sections
Nos. 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, Block X., Port Nicholson Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid, and the fence of the Waterworks Reserve run-
ning along the summit of the range through Section No. 1,
Karori-Makara Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North by Sections Nos. 99, 76, and 79,
Block III., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence towards the
East by Sections Nos. 104, 54, 53, 52, 58, and 51 of said Block
III., Sections Nos. 50 and 58, Block VI., said Port Nicholson
Survey District; thence towards the North-west by Sections
Nos. 58, 57, 56, a Native reserve, and Section No. 1 of said
Block VI.; thence again towards the East by the Borough)
Wellington, Sections Nos. 28 and 10 of said Block VI., and
the Waterworks Reserve running through Section No. 1, Block
VI. aforesaid; thence by Sections Nos. 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 19,
21, 22, 24, and 25, Block X., Port Nicholson Survey District
aforesaid, and Section No. 27, Block XIII., Port Nicholson
Survey District aforesaid, to Cook Strait; thence towards the
South and West by Cook Strait aforesaid, to the southern
boundary-line of said Section No. 99, the place of commence-
ment.

Subdivision No. 1.

Bounded towards the North by Section No. 1, Block VI.,
Port Nicholson Survey District; thence towards the East by
the Borough of Wellington and Section No. 28 of said block;
towards the South by Section No. 10 of said block; again
towards the East by the fence of the Waterworks Reserve
running through Section No. 1; thence towards the South-west
by Section No. 3, Block X.; thence towards the West by
Sections Nos. 2, 34, and 33 of said Block VI.; and thence
towards the north-west by a Native Reserve to the place of
commencement.

Subdivision No. 2.

Bounded towards the North by Sections Nos. 50, 58, 57, and 56
of Block VI., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence towards
the East by Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described, and
Sections Nos. 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, and part of 19, Block X.; thence
towards the South by a line forming the southern boundary of
Section No. 7, by Sections Nos. 69, 92, 11, and 49 of said
Block X., and Sections Nos. 45, 48, and 51, Block IX.; and
thence towards the West by Section No. 6 of said Block IX.,
and Sections Nos. 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 44, 42, 43, 45, 23, 25, 27,
and 29, Block V., Port Nicholson Survey District aforesaid, to
Section No. 50 aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 3.

Bounded towards the North by Subdivision No. 2, herein-
before described; thence towards the East by Sections Nos. 19,
21, 22, 24, and 25, Block X., and Section No. 27, Block XIII.,
Port Nicholson Survey District, to Cook Strait; and thence
towards the West by the Waiariki Stream, Section No. 52,
Block VIII., and Sections Nos. 53, 71, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6, Block
IX., to Subdivision No. 2 aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 4.

Bounded towards the North by Sections Nos. 25, 26, a
Native reserve, and Section No. 65, Block IV., Port Nicholson
Survey District; thence by Sections Nos. 81, 80, 22, 20, and
the road running through Section No. 44, Block V.; thence
towards the East by Subdivisions Nos. 2 and 3, hereinbefore
described, to Cook Strait; and thence towards the South and
West by Cook Strait aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 5.

Bounded towards the North by Sections Nos. 99, 76, and
79, Block III., Port Nicholson Survey District; thence towards
the East by Sections Nos. 104, 54, 53, 52, 58, and 51, Block
III., Section No. 50, Block VI., and Subdivision No. 2, herein-
before described; thence towards the South by Subdivision
