Road Districts, hereinbefore described, from Subdivision No. 3,
hereinbefore described, to the summit of the Ruahine Range;
thence towards the South-east by a line across the Manawatu
River and by the nearest spur to the summit of the Tararua
Range; thence by that summit to a point where the north-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 181, Block XV., Kairanga
Survey District, produced, intersects it; thence towards the
South-west by a right line to the easternmost corner of that
section; thence by that section and Sections Nos. 182, 183,
184, a road, Sections Nos. 185, 186, 209, 208, 204, a road, and
Section No. 205 of said Block XV. to the Manawatu River;
thence by a right line across that river; and towards the
North-west by the Borough of Palmerston North and Sub-
division No. 3, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement.
Subdivision No. 5.
Bounded towards the North-east by Subdivision No. 4, here-
inbefore described, from the Borough of Palmerston North to
the summit of the Tararua Range; thence towards the South-
east by that summit to the south-western boundary-line of the
Fitzherbert Township Block; thence towards the South-west
by that boundary-line; and thence towards the North-west by
Subdivisions Nos. 1 and 2, hereinbefore described, and the
Borough of Palmerston North aforesaid, to the place of com-
mencement.
Sandon and Carnarvon Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North-east and East by the Manchester
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence again towards
the East and towards the North by the Borough of Feilding;
thence towards the South-east by the Manawatu Road District,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South by the
Foxton Railway-line, a railway reserve, and Sections Nos. 323,
322, and 321, Block XIII., Te Kawau Survey District, and the
production of the northern boundary-line of the last-mentioned
section to the ocean; thence towards the West by the ocean to
the mouth of the Rangitikei River; and thence towards the
North-west by a line along the middle of that river to the
Manchester Road District aforesaid, the place of commence-
ment.
Subdivision No. 1.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Manchester Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the East by a
road forming the south-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 111,
110, 109, 115, 76, and 77, Township of Sandon Block, Rangitoto
and Oroua Survey Districts, to the Cemetery Road; thence
towards the South and South-east by that road to Subdivision No.
3, hereinafter described; thence towards the South-west, South-
east, and North-east by that subdivision; thence again towards
the South-east by Sections Nos. 214 and 222 of the Township
of Sandon Block aforesaid; thence again towards the South-
west by Section No. 2 to the main road from Foxton; thence
again towards the South-east by that road; thence towards the
South-west by a district road forming the northern boundaries
of Sections Nos. 15 and 199, Block III., Te Kawau Survey
District, and of Sections Nos. 198, 197, 198, 189, 205, and 361,
Block II., Te Kawau Survey District aforesaid, to the Rangi-
tikei River; and thence towards the West and North-west by
a line along the middle of that river to the Manchester Road
District aforesaid, the place of commencement.
Subdivision No. 2.
Bounded towards the North-east, East, and North by the
Manchester Road District, hereinbefore described, and the
Borough of Feilding; thence towards the South-east by the
Manawatu Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the South-west by the road from Sandon to Palmerston
to Subdivision No. 3, hereinafter described; thence towards
the North-west and South-west generally by Subdivision No. 3
aforesaid and Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described, to the
Manchester Road District aforesaid, the place of commence-
ment.
Subdivision No. 3.
The Township of Sanson; and bounded towards the North-
east by Sections Nos. 8 and 7, Hutt Small-Farm Block, Rangi-
toto Survey District; thence towards the South-east by Sections
Nos. 142 and 214; thence towards the South-west by Section
No. 15; and thence towards the North-west by that section and
Section No. 9 of the Hutt Small-Farm Block aforesaid to the
place of commencement.
Subdivision No. 4.
Bounded towards the North-east by Subdivision No. 2, herein-
before described; thence towards the South-east by the Mana-
watu Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the South by Native Reserve No. 347, the southern boundary-
line of Reserve No. 346, the eastern and southern boundary
lines of Section No. 304, and by Sections Nos. 23, 22, 21, 20, 19,
and 18, Block VIII., Te Kawau Survey District, and Sections
Nos. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, and 34, Block III., Te Kawau
Survey District aforesaid; and thence towards the North-west
by the main road from Foxton and Subdivisions Nos. 1 and 3,
hereinbefore described, to Subdivision No. 2 aforesaid, the place
of commencement.
Subdivision No. 5.
Bounded towards the North-east and North by Subdivision
No. 4, hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-east
by the Manawatu Road District, hereinbefore described, to a
point in line with the northern boundary-line of Section No. 69,
Block XI., Te Kawau Survey District; thence towards the
South-west by a right line to and thence by that Section and
Sections Nos. 68, 67, 66, and 60, a road, Section No. 142 of
Block XI. aforesaid, and Sections Nos. 141, 140, and 139,
Block VI., Te Kawau Survey District aforesaid, to the main
road from Foxton; and thence towards the North-west by that
road to Subdivision No. 4 aforesaid, the place of commence-
ment.
Subdivision No. 6.
Bounded towards the North-east by Subdivision No. 1,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-east by Sub-
divisions Nos. 4 and 5, hereinbefore described, and the south-
east side of the main road from Foxton to the Railway
Reserve; thence towards the South by Sections Nos. 323, 322,
and 321, Block XIII., Te Kawau Survey District, and the
production of the northern boundary-line of the last-mentioned
section to the ocean; thence towards the West by the ocean
to the mouth of the Rangitikei River; and thence towards the
North-west by a line along the middle of that river to Sub-
division No. 1 aforesaid, the place of commencement.
Subdivision No. 7.
Bounded towards the North-east by Subdivision No. 5,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-east by the
Manawatu Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the South by the Foxton Railway-line and a railway
reserve; and thence towards the North-west by Subdivision
No. 6, hereinbefore described, to Subdivision No. 5 aforesaid,
the place of commencement.
Foxton Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington,
bounded towards the North by the Sandon and Carnarvon
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South-east by the Manawatu Road District, hereinbefore
described, to the confluence of the Manawatu and the Oroua
Rivers; thence again towards the South-east and towards the
South-west by a line along the middle of the Manawatu
River aforesaid to its mouth; and thence towards the West by
the ocean to the Sandon and Carnarvon Road District afore-
said, the place of commencement: excepting from the above-
described area the Town District of Foxton.
Subdivision No. 1.
Bounded towards the North by the Sandon and Carnarvon
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South-east by Section No. 334, Block XV., Te Kawau Survey
District, and a right line from the south-western corner of
that section to the north-western corner of Section No. 452,
Block VI., Mount Robinson Survey District; thence by that
section, a road, and Sections Nos. 460 and 447 of Block VI.
aforesaid to the middle of the Motoa Road; thence towards
the South by a line along the middle of that road to the
Town District of Foxton; thence towards the West, and again
towards the South, and towards the East by the Town District
of Foxton aforesaid to the Manawatu River; thence again
towards the South-east and towards the South-west by a line
along the middle of that river to its mouth; and thence again
towards the West by the ocean to the Sandon and Carnarvon
Road District aforesaid, the place of commencement.
Subdivision No. 2.
Bounded towards the North by the Sandon and Carnarvon
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South-east by the Manawatu Road District, hereinbefore de-
scribed, and a line along the middle of the Manawatu River to
a point in line with the northern side of the Motoa Road
fronting Section No. 51, Block VII., Mount Robinson Survey
District; thence to and by a line along the middle of that
road to Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the North-west by that subdivision to the Sandon and
Carnarvon Road District aforesaid, the place of commence-
ment.
Subdivision No. 3.
Bounded towards the North by the Town District of Foxton
and Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the East generally by Sections Nos. 232, 376, a road, Sections
Nos. 388, 418, a road, Section No. 433, a road, and Section
No. 533, Block V., Mount Robinson Survey District, to the
Manawatu River; and thence towards the South and West
by a line along the middle of that river to a point in line with
the south-western boundary of the Town District of Foxton;
and thence to the place of commencement.
