corner of the Whare-o-maranui Block; thence by the southern
boundary-line of the said block to Tareha's Bridge; thence by
the eastern boundary line of the Whataangaanga Block to the
Waitangi Bridge; thence towards the South by the Waitangi
Creek to its confluence with the Totara Creek; thence generally
towards the South-east by the south-eastern boundary-lines of
the Meanee suburban sections, Heretaunga Survey District, to
the Tutaekuri-Waimate Stream; thence towards the North-
east by that stream to its confluence with the Ngaruroro River;
thence by that river to the south-western boundary-line of the
Ohikakarewa Block; thence towards the South-west and North-
west by that boundary-line to the Korokipo Block; thence
again towards the South-west by the south-western boundary-
line of that block to the main road; thence by that road to
the Redclyffe Bridge over the Tutaekuri River; thence by that
river to the western boundary-line of Block No. 1, Puketapu,
in the said Heretaunga Survey District; thence by the western
boundary-line of that block to the north-western corner thereof;
thence by the western boundary-line of Meanee suburban sec-
tions, aforesaid survey district, to the Ahuriri Harbour; thence
again towards the North-east and North-west generally by the
shores of that harbour to the place of commencement.

Clive Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the North-west and South-west by the Meanee
Road District, hereinbefore described, from the Waitangi Bridge
to the confluence of the Tutaekuri-Waimate Stream with the
Ngaruroro River; thence towards the West by the Heretaunga
Road District, hereinafter described, to Danver's Creek, near
Havelock; thence towards the South-east by the south-eastern
boundary-line of the Mangateretere East Block to the Tukituki
River; thence again towards the West by that river to the
boundary-line between Messrs. Chambers and Loughman;
thence again towards the South-west by that boundary-line to
the Maraetotara Stream; thence again towards the South-east
by that stream to the boundary-line between Messrs. Gordon and
Meinetzhagen; thence again towards the South-west by that
boundary-line to the ocean; thence again towards the South-
east and towards the North-east by the ocean to the mouth
of the Waitangi Stream; and thence by that stream to the
place of commencement.

Heretaunga Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the North-east by the old bed of the
Ngaruroro River, from the confluence of the old bed of the
Ngaruroro River and the new course near the Tutaekuri-
Waimate Stream to the ford at Karamu Pa; thence by the
west side of the road leading to Te Aute Road to its junction
with that road; thence by Te Aute Road aforesaid to the
eastern boundary-line of the Mangateretere West Block; thence
along the old bed of the Ngaruroro to its confluence with the
Awanui Stream; thence towards the South-east by the Have-
lock Road District, hereinafter described, to Waipawa County;
thence towards the South-west by Waipawa County aforesaid
to where it intersects Block No. 24, in the Maraekakahu Survey
District; thence towards the North-west and South-west
generally by a right line to the south-western corner of Block
No. 1, in the said survey district; thence by the south-eastern
and eastern boundaries of the last-mentioned block to the
south-western corner of Ngatarawa No. 3; thence by the
southern boundary of that block and of Ngatarawa No. 5;
thence by the south-eastern boundaries of the Ngatarawas
Nos. 5 and 4; thence by the north-eastern boundary of
Ngatarawa No. 4 and the eastern boundary of Ngatarawa
No. 1 to the Ngaruroro River; thence by that river to Omahu
Bridge; thence by the present course of the Ngaruroro River
to the place of commencement.

Havelock Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the North-west by the Ngaruroro River, from
the north-western boundary of the Havelock suburban lands, Te
Mata Survey District, to the south-western corner of South
Suburban Section of Havelock No. 8, in the said survey
district; thence by the southern boundary of that section to
the Te Aute Road; thence by that road to where it crosses the
railway-line at Pakipaki; thence by the railway-line in a south-
westerly direction to the bridle-track from Poukawa to Nga-
whakatatara; thence by the western boundary of the Pukerua
West Block to the southern boundary of Hawke's Bay County
at Roto-a-kiwa; thence towards the South-west generally by

Maraekakaho Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the North-west and North-east by the Okawa
Road District, hereinbefore described, from the Omahu Bridge,
Ngaruroro River, to the Taruarau Stream; thence again
towards the North-west and west by the Paten Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the southern boundary of Hawke's
Bay County; thence towards the South-west, South-east, and
again towards the South-west by Waipawa County to the
Heretaunga Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence
again towards the South-east and North-east by the said
Heretaunga Road District to the place of commencement.

WAIPAWA COUNTY.

Porangahau Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South-west by Wairarapa East County,
from the mouth of the Waimata Stream to Wahataura (Trig.
Station No. 52c); thence towards the North-west by the
north-western boundary-line of the Tautane Block to the
easternmost corner of the Mangatoro Block; thence by a right
line to the source of the Tangaruhe Stream; thence towards
the North by that stream and the Mangaorapa Stream to the
Porangahau River; thence by that river to a point on its right
bank in line with the north-western boundary-line of Suburban
Section No. 79, Porangahau Survey District; thence by a right
line across the Porangahau River aforesaid to the north-western
corner of Section No. 79 aforesaid; thence by the north-western
and north-eastern boundary-lines of Section No. 79 aforesaid
and the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 78, Poranga-
hau Survey District aforesaid, to the north-western boundary-
line of Block No. 76; thence by the north-western and north-
eastern boundary-lines of that block to the north-western
boundary-line of Suburban Section No. 61, Porangahau Survey
District aforesaid; thence by the north-western boundary-line
of Section No. 61 aforesaid and of Section No. 65, and the
north-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 65 aforesaid, 64,
63, 62, 8, and 25, Porangabau Survey District aforesaid, to the
Porangahau River aforesaid; thence across that river and by
its right bank to its mouth; and thence towards the East by
the ocean to the mouth of the Waimata Stream aforesaid, the
place of commencement.

Wallingford Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South by the Porangahau Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the mouth of the Porangahau
River to the source of the Tangaruhe Stream; thence towards
the South-west by a right line through Trig. Station No. 27
to the Mangapuaka Stream, at the south-western corner of
Block No. 77, in the Mangatoro Survey District; thence by the
Mangapuaka Stream aforesaid to its confluence with the
Wangai Stream; thence towards the North-west by that stream,
the western boundary of Block No. 56, partly in the said Manga-
toro Survey District and partly in the Takapai Survey District,
and the Taurackaitai Stream to the south-eastern boundary-line
of Block No. 80, in the last-mentioned survey district; thence
by that boundary-line to the Purimu Stream; thence towards
the North by that stream, the northern shore of Purimu Lake,
and the Mangapora and Mangaongaonga Streams respectively
to the Tauraekaitai Stream aforesaid; thence by that stream to
its confluence with the Huatokitoki Stream; thence by that
stream to the north-western boundary-line of Block No. 74, in
the Pourere Survey District; thence towards the North-east by
that boundary-line and the south-western boundary-lines of
Blocks Nos. 30, 28, 9, 26, 25, 3, 2, and 2A, Pourere Survey
District aforesaid, to the ocean at Blackhead; and thence
towards the South-east by the ocean to the mouth of the
Porangahau River aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Wanstead Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South by the Purimu Stream, from the
north-eastern corner of Block No. 80, in the Takapau Survey
District, to the south-eastern boundary-line of Block No. 81,
Takapau Survey District aforesaid; thence towards the North-
west by that boundary-line to the Ngahape Stream; thence by
that stream to the southern boundary-line of Block No. 42, in
the Motuotaria Survey District; thence towards the North-
east by Blocks Nos. 42 aforesaid, 39, and 40, and the production
of the southern boundary-line of the last-mentioned block until
it intersects a line being the production of the south-western
boundary-line of Block No. 87, aforesaid survey district; thence
by the latter line and Blocks Nos. 87 and 86, Motuotaria Survey
District aforesaid, Blocks Nos. 48, 55, and 47, partly in the last-
mentioned survey district and partly in the Pourere Survey
