Taumumu Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South-west by the Wallingford and the
Wanstead Road Districts, hereinbefore described, from the
ocean at Blackhead to the Tangatupura Stream; thence towards
the North-west by that stream and the Margatarata Stream to
the Tukituki River; thence by that river to the Mangararara
Stream; thence towards the North east by that stream to the
north-western boundary-line of Block No. 30 in the Oero
Survey District; thence towards the South-east by that block
and the eastern boundary-line of Block No. 46, partly in the
Oero Survey District aforesaid and partly in the Pourerere
Survey District, to the Omakaro Stream; thence towards the
North by that stream to the northern boundary of Block No.
10, in the Pourerere Survey District aforesaid; thence by that
boundary-line and the northern boundary-line of Block No. 5,
Pourerere Survey District aforesaid, to the ocean at Paoanui;
and thence towards the South-east by the ocean to Blackhead,
the place of commencement.

Oero Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay
bounded towards the South and West by the Taumumu Road
District, hereinbefore described, from the ocean at Paoanui to
the Tukituki River; thence again towards the West and North
by that river to the mouth of the Hawea Stream; thence
towards the North-east by Hawke's Bay County to the ocean;
and thence towards the South-east by the ocean to Paoanui
aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Patangata Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay
bounded towards the East and South-east by the Oero and the
Taumumu Road Districts, hereinbefore described, from Hawke's
Bay County to the confluence of the Tukitiki River and the
Mangatarata Stream; thence by the Tukituki River aforesaid
to the Waipawa River; thence across the latter river; and
towards the South-west by the Waipawa River aforesaid to the
eastern boundary-line of Block No. 46, in the Waipukuran
Survey District; thence towards the North-west by Block No.
46 aforesaid and Block No. 47, Waipukurau Survey District
aforesaid, to Te Aute Road; thence by that road to the
road from Patangata to Te Aute; thence towards the North-
east and North-west by Hawke's Bay County aforesaid to the
Oero Road District aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Waipawa Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South-east by the Patangata Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described, from the Waipawa River to the
southern boundary-line of Block No. 49, in the Waipukurau
Survey District; thence towards the North-east by Blocks Nos.
49 aforesaid, 23, 18, and 179, Waipukurau Survey District
aforesaid, to the eastern boundary-line of Block No. 135, afore-
said survey district; thence towards the East and again
towards the North-east by the eastern boundary-line of Block
No. 135 aforesaid and of Block No. 134, and by the northern
boundary-line of Block No. 134 aforesaid to the Mangaonuku
River; thence towards the West by that river to its confluence
with the Waipawa River; and thence towards the South-west
and South by the latter river to the Patangata Road District
aforesaid, the place of commencement.

North Ruataniwha Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the East, South, and West, and again towards
the South by the Waipawa Road District, hereinbefore de-
scribed, from the confluence of the Mangonuku River and the
Waipawa River to the Patangata Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the South-east by the Patangata
Road District aforesaid to Hawke's Bay County; thence
towards the North-east, North-west, and again towards the
North-east by Hawke's Bay County aforesaid to the confluence
of the Makaroro River with the north branch of the Waipawa
River; thence again towards the West and towards the South-
west by that branch to its confluence with the south branch;
and thence by the Waipawa River aforesaid to its confluence
with the Mangaonuku River aforesaid, the place of commence-
ment.

Ruataniwha Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the North-east by the Waipawa River, from
the crossing of the Main South Road to a creek at the north-
western boundary-line of Block No. 100, in the Ruataniwha
Survey District; thence towards the North-west generally by
that creek to the western boundary-line of Block No. 267;
thence by the western boundary-line of that block, and the
western and southern boundary-lines of Block No. 269, and
the southern boundary-line of Block No. 216 to the western
boundary-line of Block No. 285; thence by the western,
southern, and eastern boundary-lines of Block No. 285 afore-
said to the southern boundary-line of Block No. 236; thence
by that boundary-line; thence by the western boundary-line
of Block No. 226; thence by the northern boundary-line of
Block No. 240; thence by the western boundary-line of Block
No. 240 aforesaid and of Block No. 241; thence by the
northern and western boundary-lines of Block No. 242; thence
by the northern and western boundary-lines of Block No. 243,
the northern boundary-lines of Blocks Nos. 250 and 251, the
western and southern boundary-lines of Block No. 251 afore-
said, the western, southern, and eastern boundary-lines of
Block No. 249, the southern boundary-line of Block No. 248,
the western boundary-line of Block No. 247, and the northern
and western boundary-lines of Block No. 254 to the north-
eastern boundary-line of Block No. 256, all of the Ruataniwha
Survey District aforesaid; and thence by the north-eastern and
north-western boundary-lines of that block to the Tukituki
River; thence by that river to the south-eastern boundary-
line of Block No. 257; and thence by the south-eastern, north-
eastern, and north-western boundary-lines of Block No. 257
aforesaid to the Tukituki River aforesaid; thence by a right
line across that river to the north-eastern corner of Block
No. 259, aforesaid survey district; thence by the northern,
western, and southern boundary-lines of that block and the
southern boundary-lines of Block No. 258 to the western
boundary-line of Block No. 283, aforesaid survey district;
thence by the western and southern boundary-lines of that
block to the Tukipo or Avoca River; thence towards the
South-west and South by that river to its confluence with the
Tukituki River aforesaid; thence by that river to the Main
South Road; and thence towards the South-east by that road
to where it crosses the Waipawa River aforesaid, the place
of commencement.

Waipukurau Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay
bounded towards the South-east by the Taumumu Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the confluence of the Mangatarata
Stream and the Tukituki River to the Wanstead Road District,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-west and
South-east by the Wanstead Road District aforesaid and the
Wallingford Road District, hereinbefore described, to the con-
fluence of the Whatatuna Stream with the Tauraekaitai Stream;
thence towards the South-west by the Whatatuna Stream afore-
said to the southern boundary-line of Block No. 83, in the
Takapau Survey District; thence by that boundary-line to the
Mangapurakau Stream; and thence by that stream and the
Waikopiro Stream to the north-western boundary-line of Block
No. 70, in the aforesaid survey district; thence towards the
North-west by that boundary-line and the northern boundary-
line of Block No. 70 aforesaid and of Block No. 83 to the eastern
boundary-line of Block No. 69; and thence by that boundary-
line to the Maharakeke Stream; thence by that stream to its
confluence with the Tukipo River; thence across that river; and
towards the North-east and again towards the North-west by
the Ruataniwha Road District, hereinbefore described; and
thence again towards the North-east by the Waipawa and the
Patangata Road Districts, hereinbefore described, to the con-
fluence of the Mangatarata Stream and the Tukituki River, the
place of commencement.

Takapau Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay
bounded towards the South-east by the Waipukurau Road
District, hereinbefore described, from the confluence of the
Maharakeke Stream with the Tukipo River to the Waikopiro
Stream; thence towards the South-west by that stream to the
north-western boundary-line of Block No. 69, in the Takapau
Survey District; thence towards the North-west by that
boundary-line to the south-western boundary-line of Block
No. 120, Ruataniwha Survey District; thence towards the
South-west and South by the south-western and north-western
boundary-lines of that block and the southern and western
boundary-lines of Block No. 234 to the Makaretu River;
thence by that river to the western boundary-line of Block
No. 282, in the Ruataniwha Survey District aforesaid; and
thence towards the West by that boundary-line to the
Mangatewai Stream; thence towards the North-west generally
by that stream to the south-western boundary-line of Block No.
105, aforesaid survey district; thence by the south-western and
western boundary-lines of that block; thence by the northern
and eastern boundary-lines of Block No. 13 and the southern
boundary-line of Block No. 14, aforesaid survey district; and
thence along the western, northern, and north-western boun-
dary-lines of Block No. 105 aforesaid to the Tangatewai Stream;
thence by the western boundary-line of Block No. 115; thence
