South by Sections Nos. 11, 8, and 7, Block VII. aforesaid, and
the production of the northern boundary-line of the last-
mentioned section across the Skinner Road; thence towards
the East by that road to the north-eastern corner of Section
No. 20, Block VI., Ngaiere Survey District aforesaid; thence
again towards the South by that section; thence towards the
West by Section No. 19, Block VI. aforesaid; thence again
towards the South by Sections Nos. 19 aforesaid, 18, 17, 16,
15, and 4, Block VI. aforesaid, to the Mountain Road; and
thence again towards the West and towards the South-west
and North-west generally by that road and the Town District
of Stratford aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Western Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North by the northern subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the East by the Moun-
tain Road; thence towards the South by Sections Nos. 70, 69,
68, and 67, Block VI., Ngaiere Survey District, and Sections
Nos. 37 and 36, Block V., Ngaiere Survey District aforesaid;
and thence towards the South-west by the Waingongoro River
to the place of commencement.

Middle Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North generally by the Eastern Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-east
by the confiscation boundary-line; thence towards the South
by Block X., Ngaiere Survey District; and thence towards the
West by the Mountain Road to the place of commencement.

Southern Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North, East, and again towards the
North by the Western and the Middle Subdivisions, hereinbe-
fore described; thence towards the South-east by the confisca-
tion boundary-line; and thence towards the South-west by the
Hawera Road District, hereinafter described, and the Wai-
gongoro River, to the place of commencement.

Hawera Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Taranaki, bounded
towards the North-east by the confiscation boundary-line and
its production to the Waingongoro River; thence towards the
East and South-east by Patea County; thence towards the
South-west by the ocean; and thence towards the North-west
by the Waimate Road District, hereinbefore described, to the
place of commencement: excepting from the above-described
area the Borough of Hawera and the Town District of Nor-
manby.

PATEA COUNTY.

Patea West Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Taranaki, bounded
towards the North-east by the confiscation boundary-line; thence
towards the East by the Patea River; thence towards the
South-west by the ocean; and thence towards the North-west
by Hawera County to the confiscation boundary-line aforesaid,
the place of commencement: excepting from the above-described
area the Borough of Patea.

Patea East Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Taranaki, bounded
towards the North-east by the confiscation boundary-line; thence
towards the South-east by the boundary-line between the Pro-
vincial Districts of Wellington and Taranaki; and thence
towards the West by the Patea West Road District, herein-
before described, to the confiscation boundary-line aforesaid, the
place of commencement.

Wairoa Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Wellington, bounded
towards the North-east by the confiscation boundary-line; thence
towards the South-east by the Waitotara River and Wanganui
County to the ocean; thence towards the South-west by the
ocean; and thence towards the North-west by the
Patea East Road District, hereinbefore described, to the confis-
cation boundary-line aforesaid, the place of commencement:
excepting from the above-described area the Town District of
Waverley.

Subdivision No. 1.

Bounded towards the North by the Great South Road; thence
towards the East by Wanganui County; thence towards the
South by the ocean; thence towards the West by the Wairoa
Stream and the Oturi Road; and thence towards the North-
west and South-west by the Town District of Waverley to the
Great South Road aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 2.

Bounded towards the North by the Great South Road and
the Town District of Waverley; thence towards the East by
Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South by the ocean; and thence towards the North-west by the
Patea West Road District, hereinbefore described, to the Great
South Road aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Subdivision No. 3.

Bounded towards the North-west by the Patea East Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the East by
the Kohi Road, the Putahi Road, and the Great South Road;
thence towards the South by Subdivision No. 2, hereinbefore
described, to the Patea East Road District aforesaid, the place
of commencement.

Subdivision No. 4.

Bounded towards the North-west by the Patea East Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the East by
the Okotuku Road, the Ngamotu Road, Sections Nos. 69
and 113, Wairoa Survey District, the Mangatangi Road, the
Moturoa Road, and Section No. 89, Wairoa Survey District
aforesaid; thence towards the South, South-west, South-east,
and North-east by the Town District of Waverley; thence
towards the South by Subdivision No. 2, hereinbefore described;
and thence towards the West by Subdivision No. 3, hereinbefore
described, to the Patea East Road District aforesaid, the place
of commencement.

Subdivision No. 5.

Bounded towards the North-east by the confiscation boun-
dary-line; thence towards the East by the Waitotara River
and Wanganui County; thence towards the South-west by
Subdivision No. 1, hereinbefore described; and thence towards
the West by the Town District of Waverley and Subdivision
No. 4, hereinbefore described, to the confiscation boundary-line
aforesaid, the place of commencement.

HAWKE'S BAY COUNTY.

Patea Road District.

All that area in the Provincial Districts of Hawke's Bay and
Wellington, bounded towards the South-east by the Taruarau
Stream from the confluence of that stream with the Ngaruroro
River to the western boundary of Harding's Run; thence by
a right line to Pikirangi; thence towards the East by the
boundary-line between the Provincial Districts of Wellington
and Hawke's Bay to Rangitikei County; thence towards the
South-west and South-east by Rangitikei County aforesaid;
thence again towards the South-west and towards the North-
west by Wanganui County; thence towards the North by
right lines from Trig. 28 over Trigs. 27 and 26; thence by a
right line in the direction of Trig. 65A to the Ngaruroro River;
and thence again towards the East by that river to the place of
commencement.

Okawa Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the East by the Meanee Road District, herein-
after described, from the bridge over the Tutaekuri River, near
Redclyffe, to the present course of the Ngaruroro River; thence
towards the South and West generally by the Ngaruroro River
aforesaid to the northern boundary-line of Hawke's Bay County;
thence towards the North by a right line to Trig. 65A; thence
towards the North-east by a right line to the source of the
Tutaekuri River; and thence by that river to the place of com-
mencement.

Puketapu Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South-west by the Okawa Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the Kaweka Range, at Trig. 65A,
to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Block I.,
Puketapu (Heretaunga Survey District); thence towards the
East by the Meanee Road District, hereinafter described, to
Ahuriri Harbour; thence towards the North-east by the shore
of that harbour to the north-western boundary-line of the
Wharerangi Native Reserve; thence towards the North-east
generally by a right line to the eastern boundary-line of the
Apley Estate; and thence by the eastern and northern
boundary-lines of that estate to the Mangaone River; thence
by that river to its source; thence by a right line due west to
the north-western boundary-line of Hawke's Bay County; and
thence towards the North-west by East Taupo County to the
place of commencement.

Petane Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay,
bounded towards the South-west by the Puketapu Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described, from Ahuriri Harbour to East
Taupo County; thence towards the West and North-west by
East Taupo County aforesaid to the Taupo Road; thence
towards the North-east by Wairoa County to the ocean; thence
towards the East and South-east generally by the ocean to the
entrance to Ahuriri Harbour aforesaid; thence by the west side
of that entrance and the south side of Meanee Quay to the
south-western corner of the Survey Reserve; thence towards
the South-west by a right line to the western shore of the said
Ahuriri Harbour, at the south-western boundary-line of
