aforesaid; thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 46, Parish of Titirangi aforesaid, to its southernmost
corner; thence by the production of the last-mentioned boun-
dary-line to the middle of the road; thence again towards the
South-west by a line along the middle of the road forming the
south-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 46 aforesaid, 45,
44, and 43 to the road forming the south-eastern boundary of
Section No. 50; thence again towards the South-east by a line
along the middle of that road to its intersection by the pro-
duction of the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 51;

thence by that boundary-line to the easternmost corner of
Section No. 51 aforesaid; thence again towards the South-east
by the south-eastern boundary-line of that section to the road
forming its south-western boundary; and thence again towards
the South-east and towards the South and West by the Avon-
dale Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of
commencement.

Newmarket Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the northern side of the
road (known as Park Road) forming the northern boundaries
of Allotments Nos. 23 and 24 and the north-east boundary of
Allotment No. 25, all of Section No. 3 of the Suburbs of Auck-
land, Rangitoto Survey District; thence again towards the
North by the northern side of the road forming the northern
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 31, 32, 33, and 34 of Section
No. 3 aforesaid; thence towards the North-west by the north-
western side of the road forming the north-western boundary of
Allotment No. 25A of Section No. 3 aforesaid to the road
known as Whitson's Brewery Road; thence again towards the
North by the northern side of that road and its production to
the eastern side of the Epsom Road; thence again towards the
North-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of Allotment
No. 21 of Section No. 4 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid
to Slaughterhouse Creek; thence towards the South-east by
that creek to the south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 23 of
Section No. 4 aforesaid; thence towards the South by the
southern boundary-line of that allotment to the north-eastern
corner of the Public Hall site; thence by the eastern and
southern boundary-lines of that site to the Epsom Road
aforesaid; thence again towards the South-east by the eastern
side of that road to its intersection by the production of the
southern boundary-line of Allotment No. 19 of the Suburbs of
Auckland aforesaid; thence again towards the South-west by a
right line to and thence by the last-mentioned boundary-line to
the road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments
Nos. 19 aforesaid, 18, and 17; thence towards the North-west by
that road to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned allot-
ment; thence again towards the South-west by the road form-
ing the south-western boundaries of Allotments Nos. 25, 26,
and 27 of Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid;
thence again towards the North-west by the north-western
boundary-line of the last-mentioned allotment and its produc-
tion to the middle of the Kyber Pass Road; thence again
towards the South-west by a line along the middle of that road
to the Borough of Auckland; and thence towards the North-
west generally by the Borough of Auckland aforesaid to the
place of commencement.

Mount Eden Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and North-west by the Borough of
Auckland, from the easternmost corner of Allotment No. 2 of
Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland, Waitemata Survey
District, to the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 105 of
Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; thence
again towards the North-east and towards the South-east by the
north-eastern boundary-line of the latter allotment, the north-
eastern and south-eastern boundary-lines of Allotment No. 106,
the eastern and south-eastern boundary-lines of Allotment No.
107, and the south-eastern and south-western boundary-lines
of Allotment No. 108, all of Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of
Auckland aforesaid, to the south-western corner of the last
mentioned allotment; thence by the production of the south-
western boundary-line of Allotment No. 108 aforesaid to the
north-eastern boundary-line of the Mount Eden Government
Reserve; thence by that boundary-line and the south-eastern
boundary-lines of that reserve to the northernmost corner of
Allotment No. 11 of Section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auck-
land aforesaid; thence by the north-eastern boundary-lines
of Allotments Nos. 11 aforesaid and 12, the south-eastern

boundary-lines of Allotments Nos. 13 and 47 to the northern
boundary-line of Allotment No. 68 of Section No. 10 of the
Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; thence towards the North by
that boundary-line to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the
north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 68 aforesaid; thence
again towards the South-east by a right line to a point on the
northern boundary-line of Allotment No. 75 at a distance of
1356 links from the north-eastern corner of that section; thence
westerly by that boundary-line to the north-western corner of
Subdivisional Allotment No. 9 of original Allotment No. 75 of
Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; thence
by the western boundary-line of subdivisional Allotment No.
9 aforesaid and the western part of the southern boundary-
line of subdivisional Allotment No. 10 of original Allotment
No. 75 aforesaid to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the
south-eastern corner of Allotment No. 75 aforesaid; thence by
a right line to a point on the northern boundary-line of Allot-
ment No. 79 at a distance of 1356 links from its north-eastern
corner; thence towards the South-west by the southern side of the
road forming the northern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 79
aforesaid, 92, and 115 to the north-western corner of the last-
mentioned allotment; thence by a right line to the north-eastern
corner of Allotment No. 125; thence by that allotment to
its north-western corner; and thence towards the North-west
generally by the Mount Albert and the Eden Terrace Road
Districts, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Epsom Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and South-east generally by the New-
market Road District, hereinbefore described, from the Borough
of Auckland to the Epsom Road; thence towards the East
and South-east by that road to the south-eastern corner of
Allotment No. 35 of Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of
Auckland; thence towards the South-west by the south-
western boundary-line of that allotment and its production
across the road forming the eastern boundary of Allot-
ment No. 58 of Section No. 10 aforesaid; thence again towards
the South-east by that road to the south-eastern corner of
Allotment No. 57 of Section No. 10 aforesaid; thence again
towards the South-west by the road forming the southern boun-
dary of that allotment to the road forming the eastern boundary
of Allotment No. 79; thence again towards the North-west by
the last-mentioned road to its junction with the road forming the
northern boundary of Allotment No. 79 aforesaid; thence again
towards the South-west by that road to the Mount Eden Road
District, hereinbefore described; and thence towards the North-
west by the Mount Eden Road District aforesaid and the
Borough of Auckland aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Remuera Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North generally by Waitemata Harbour, from the
Borough of Parnell to the north-western corner of Section No.
40A, Parish of Waitemata, Rangitoto Survey District; thence
towards the East by Section No. 40A aforesaid and the eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 16 of the Suburbs of Auckland to
the south side of the Tamaki Road; thence towards the South-
east by the south side of that road to the north-eastern corner
of Allotment No. 34 of Section No. 12 of the Suburbs of Auck-
land aforesaid; thence again towards the East by the eastern
boundary-line of that allotment to its south-eastern corner;
thence again towards the South-east by the south-eastern boun-
dary-lines of Allotments Nos. 34 aforesaid and 25 of Section
No. 12 aforesaid to the south-western corner of the latter
section; thence by a right line to the junction of roads at
the Harp of Erin Inn; thence towards the South-west by
the Great South Road to its junction with the Epsom Road;
and thence towards the West, North-west, and North generally
by the Epsom and the Newmarket Road Districts, hereinbefore
described, and the Borough of Parnell aforesaid to the place of
commencement: excepting from the above-described area the
Native cultivations within the Orakei Block, No. 1338.

Mount Wellington Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west and North-east by Section No. 12A
and Section No. 26A, Parish of Waitemata, Otahuhu Survey
District, and the south-western boundary-line of the latter pro-
duced to the middle of the College Road; thence again towards
the North-west by a line along the middle of that road to a
point in line with the southern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 49
and 50, Parish of Waitemata aforesaid; thence again towards the
North-east by a right line to and thence by the southern boun-
dary-lines of Sections Nos. 49 and 50 aforesaid to the southern-
most corner of the latter section; thence again towards the
North-west by the north-western boundary-line of the Mount
Wellington Reserve to its north-western corner; thence by a
right line to the middle of the Scoria Reserve Road; thence
again towards the North-east by a right line to and thence
by Section No. 44; thence across a road and by Section
No. 39, Parish of Waitemata aforesaid, to the Tamaki River;
thence towards the East and South-east by the Tamaki River
