west by Little Muddy Creek aforesaid to the northern
boundary-line of Section No. 30, Parish of Waikomiti, Titirangi
Survey District; thence by that section and Sections Nos. 59
and 60, Parish of Waikomiti aforesaid; and thence towards
the North-west generally by the Waikomiti Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Whangaparaoa Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Orewa River and the ocean, from
the north-eastern corner of Section No. 146, Parish of Waiwera,
Waiwera Survey District, to the North Head of the Whanga-
paraoa Peninsula; thence toward the East and South-east by
the ocean to the Weiti or Wade River; thence towards the
South-west and South by that river to the south-western corner
of Section No. 61, Parish of Waiwera aforesaid; and thence
towards the North-west generally by the western and northern
boundary-lines of Section No. 61 aforesaid, by Section No.
193, and Section No. 146 aforesaid to the place of com-
mencement.

Manukau Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west generally by the Waitakerei South
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
North and North-east by the Waikomiti and the Titirangi
Road Districts, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South-east by Manukau Harbour; and thence towards the
West by the ocean to the place of commencement.

EDEN COUNTY.

Newton Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by Cox's Bay and the Borough of Auckland,
from Waitemata Harbour to the north-eastern corner of Allot-
ment No. 36 of Section No. 9 of the Suburbs of Auckland,
Waitemata Survey District; thence towards the South-east by
the Oid Great North Road to the southernmost corner of Allot-
ment No. 14 of Section No. 9 aforesaid; thence towards the
South-west generally by the south-western boundary-line of
that allotment and the south-eastern and south-western boun-
dary-lines of Allotment No. 12 of Section No. 9 aforesaid to
the northernmost corner of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 9
aforesaid; thence by the north-western boundary-line of that
allotment to Motion's Creek, and by that creek to the
Waitemata Harbour aforesaid; and thence towards the North-

Point Chevalier Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east generally by the Newton Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the intersection of the north-western
boundary-line of Allotment No. 13 of Section No. 9 of the
Suburbs of Auckland, Waitemata Survey District, by Motion's
Creek, to the south-western corner of Allotment No. 14 of
Section No. 9 aforesaid; thence by the production of the south-
western boundary-line of the latter allotment across the Old
Great North Road; thence towards the North-west by that
road to the north-eastern corner of Allotment No. 21 of Section
No. 7 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; thence towards
the South-east by Allotment No. 20 of Section No. 7 aforesaid,
and Allotments Nos. 35, 35, and 37 of Section No. 5 of the
Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, and the production of the
western boundary-line of the last-mentioned allotment to the
middle of the road forming the southern boundary of that

Arch Hill Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the Old Great North Road, from
the north-western corner of Allotment No. 20 of Section No. 7
of the Suburbs of Auckland, Waitemata Survey District, to the
Borough of Auckland; thence towards the North-east by the
Borough of Auckland aforesaid to the northernmost corner of
Allotment No. 4 of Section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland
aforesaid; thence towards the South-east and South by the
south-eastern and southern boundary-lines of Section No. 7 of
the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to the south-western corner

Eden Terrace Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the Arch Hill Road District, here-
inbefore described, from the northernmost corner of Allotment
No. 10 of Section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland, Waite-
mata Survey District, to the Borough of Auckland; thence
towards the North and North-east by the Borough of
Auckland aforesaid to the south-eastern corner of Allotment
No. 2 of Section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland afore-
said; thence towards the South-east by the south-eastern
boundary-lines of Allotments Nos. 2 aforesaid, 2A, 2B, 2C,
2D, 2E, and 2F of Section No. 10 aforesaid to the
southernmost corner of the last-mentioned allotment; thence
towards the South-west by the south-western boundary-line of
Allotment No. 2F aforesaid to the Mount Roskill Road; thence
towards the West by that road to its junction with the road
known as the New North Road; thence by a right line across
the latter road to the easternmost corner of Allotment No. 10
aforesaid; and thence again towards the South-west by that

Avondale Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North generally by Waitemata Harbour and Oak-
ley's Creek; thence towards the East by Oakley's Creek afore-
said to the southern boundary-line of Section No. 62 of the
Parish of Titirangi, Titirangi Survey District; thence towards
the South by that boundary-line to the road forming the
western boundary of Section No. 62 aforesaid; thence again
towards the East by a line along the middle of that road to a
line parallel to and at a distance of 3 chains from the
southern side of the New North Road; thence again towards
the North by that line to Oakley's Creek aforesaid; thence
again towards the North-east and towards the North-west by
that creek to the eastern side of the road forming the north-
eastern boundary of Section No. 94; thence again towards the
North-east by the eastern side of that road to its nearest angle;
thence across that road at the angle aforesaid to the western
side of the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections
Nos. 66 and 67; thence by that road to the easternmost corner
of the latter section; thence towards the South-east and South-
west by the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 67 afore-
said and by Section No. 72 to the eastern side of the road forming
the eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 78 and 77; thence again
towards the East by the eastern side of that road and across
another road to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 75;
thence by the eastern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section
to Manukau Harbour; thence towards the South by Manukau
Harbour; and thence towards the West by the western side

Mount Albert Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west and North generally by the Point Che-
valier and the Arch Hill Road Districts, hereinbefore described,
from the south-western corner of Section No. 32, Parish of Titi-
rangi, Titirangi Survey District, to the northernmost corner of
Allotment No. 10 of Section No. 5 of the Suburbs of Auckland;
thence towards the North-east by the Eden Terrace Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the easternmost corner of Allotment
