aforesaid; thence towards the South by Manukau County;
thence towards the West by Manukau Harbour and Hamlin's
Creek to the Great South Road; thence by a right line across
the Great South Road aforesaid; thence towards the South-
west by the Great South Road aforesaid to the Harp of Erin
Inn; and thence again towards the North-west by the Femuera
Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement: excepting from the above-described area the lands
and highways comprised within the boundaries of the Township
of Panmure, excepting so much of the main road, called or
known by the name of the Panmure and Howick Road, as
traverses the said township.
Tamaki West Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by Waitemata Harbour, from the north-
western corner of Section No. 40A, Parish of Waitemata,
Rangitoto Survey District, to the Tamaki River; thence
towards the East by that river to the south-eastern corner of
Section No. 39, Parish of Waitemata aforesaid; thence towards
the South by the southern boundary-line of that section, across
a road, and by the southern boundary-line of Section No. 44 to
the middle of the Scoria Reserve Road; thence towards the
South-east by a right line to the north-western corner of the
Mount Wellington Reserve; thence by that reserve to the
southernmost corner of Section No. 50; thence towards the
South-west by the south-western boundary-lines of Sections
Nos. 50 aforesaid and 49 and the production of the south-western
boundary-line of the last-mentioned section to the middle of the
College Road; thence again towards the South-east by a line
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-
western boundary-line of Section No. 26A; thence again towards
the South-west and North-east by a right line to and thence by
the south-western boundary-line of Section No. 26A aforesaid
and the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 12A to its
southernmost corner; and thence towards the West by the
Remuera Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of
commencement.
Panmure Township Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland com-
prised within the boundaries of the Township of Panmure,
excepting so much of the main road, called or known by the
name of the Panmure and Howick Road, as traverses the said
township.
One-Tree Hill Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Remuera and the Mount Wel-
lington Road Districts, hereinbefore described, from the Epsom
Road District, hereinbefore described, to Manukau Harbour;
thence towards the South by Manukau Harbour aforesaid to
the Borough of Onehunga; thence towards the South-west
by the Borough of Onehunga aforesaid; thence again towards
the South by the Mount Smart Road to the Epsom Road at the
Royal Oak Hotel; and thence towards the West by the Epsom
Road aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Mount Roskill Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North generally by the Mount Albert, the Mount
Eden, and the Epsom Road Districts, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the North-east by the One-Tree Hill Road
District, hereinbefore described, and the Borough of Onehunga;
thence towards the South by Manukan Harbour; and thence
towards the West by the Avondale Road District, hereinbefore
described, to the place of commencement.
MANUKAU COUNTY.
Otahuhu Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the County of Eden; thence towards the
East by the Tamaki River to the Great South Road; thence
towards the South-west by the Great South Road aforesaid and
the boundary-line between Messrs. Hall and R. Robertson to
the Manukau Harbour, at a creek running to Mr. John Fair-
burn's farm; and thence towards the North-west by the Manu-
kau Harbour aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Mangare Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the South-east by the Tamaki River to the western
boundary of Section No. 14, Parish of Manurewa, Otahuhu
Survey District; thence by that boundary and a right line from
the westernmost corner of that section to the Pukaki Portage
Road; thence by that road and Section No. 53, Parish of
Manurewa aforesaid; thence by Pukaki Creek to Manukau
Harbour; thence towards the South, West, and North by
Manukau Harbour aforesaid; and thence towards the North-
east by the Otahuhu Road District, hereinbefore described, to
the place of commencement: including the island known as
Weekes Island; but excepting from the above-described area
lands held by Natives in the settlements of Pukaki, Ihumata,
and Mangare.
East Tamaki Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east generally by the northern boundary-
lines of Sections Nos. 27 and 85, the western, northern, and
eastern boundary-lines of Section No. 97, and the northern
boundary-line of Section No. 80, all of the Parish of Pakuranga,
Otahuhu Surrey District, from King's Creek, at the north-eastern
corner of Section No. 26, to the road forming the eastern boun-
dary of Section No. 8 aforesaid; thence towards the East by
that road and its continuation to the north-western corner of
Section No. 217; thence again towards the North by the road
forming the northern boundary of the last-mentioned section
and of Sections Nos. 270 and 271; thence by the eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 271 aforesaid and by the road
forming the northern boundaries of Sections Nos. 273 and 275
to the north-western corner of Section No. 118; thence by the
northern boundary-line of that section to its north-eastern
corner; thence again towards the East generally by the south-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 118 aforesaid, by Section
No. 131, the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 179,
the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 176, the south-
eastern and south-western boundary-lines of Section No. 175,
and the south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 137, all of
the Parish of Pakuranga aforesaid; thence by the north-eastern,
the south-eastern, and the south-western boundary-lines of
Section No. 91, Parish of Manurewa, and the south-eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 94 of the Parish of Manurewa
aforesaid, to its south-eastern corner at the north-eastern
boundary-line of Clendon's Grant; thence towards the south-
west and south-east by the north-eastern and north-western
boundary-lines of Clendon's Grant aforesaid to the southern-
most corner of Section No. 40, Parish of Manurewa aforesaid;
thence again towards the South-west by a line along the middle
of the Great South Road to the Tamaki River; and thence
towards the West and North-west by that river and King's
Creek aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Papatoitoi Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the East Tamaki Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the Tamaki River to the southern-
most corner of Section No. 40, Parish of Manurewa, Otahuhu
Survey District; thence towards the South-east by a line along
the middle of the road forming the north-western boundary of
Clendon's Grant and by the Oteamake Creek; thence towards
the South-west by Manukau Harbour to Pukaki Creek; and
thence towards the North-west by that creek and the Mangare
Road District, hereinbefore described, and the Tamaki River
aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Pakuranga Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by Waitemata Harbour, from the
northernmost corner of Section No. 56, Parish of Pakuranga,
Rangitoto Survey District, to Mellan's Bay; thence towards the
East by a line along the middle of the road leading from
Mellan's Bay aforesaid, and passing through Section No. 10 of
small lots near the Village of Howick, and forming the southern
boundary of Allotment No. 10 and the south-eastern boundaries
of Allotments Nos. 22, 21, 20, and 18 of Section No. 10 aforesaid;
thence by a line along the middle of that road and its continua-
tion along the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 1 and 2 of
small lots near the Village of Howick aforesaid, and along the
eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 12, 73, and 79, Parish of
Pakuranga aforesaid, to the south-eastern corner of the last-
mentioned section; thence towards the South by the East Tamaki
Road District, hereinbefore described, to the creek known as
King's Creek; thence towards the South-east and South-west
by that creek and the Tamaki River to the Panmure Bridge;
and thence towards the North-west and West by the Tamaki
River aforesaid to the place of commencement.
Paparoa Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the Hauraki Gulf; thence towards
the South-east by the Maungamaungaroa Creek and a right line
from the head of that creek to the north-eastern corner of the
East Tamaki Road District, hereinbefore described, at the
easternmost corner of Section No. 80, Parish of Pakuranga,
Otahuhu Survey District; thence towards the South-west
generally by the East Tamaki Road District aforesaid; and
thence towards the West by the Pakuranga Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement: except-
ing from the above-described area the Village of Howick, other-
wise known as the Howick Township Road District, hereinafter
described.
Howick Township Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the South-east and South-west by the Paparoa Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the West by
the Pakuranga Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the North-east by the ocean to the place of commence-
ment.
