All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Whakapaku Block; thence towards
the East, again towards the North, and towards the West by T.
Wilkinson's land (150 acres); thence again towards the North
by the Whakapaku Block aforesaid, the Wairakau Stream, and
Pekapeka Bay; thence towards the South-east and North-east
by Whangaroa Harbour to the Pupuke River; thence by the
Kaeo Road District, hereinbefore described, to the north-eastern
corner of Section No. 148, Parish of Pupuke, Kaeo Survey
District; thence towards the South-west by that section and
Sections Nos. 100, 97, 94, 93, 44, 43, 42, 41, 14, 13, and 4,
Parish of Pupuke, Kaeo and Maungataniwha Survey Districts,
to the easternmost corner of Section No. 90, Parish of Kohu-
maru, Maungataniwha Survey District aforesaid; thence
towards the South, South-east, and again towards the South-
west by the southern, south-eastern, and south-western
boundary-lines of the last-mentioned section, and Sections Nos.
89, 88, 87, 95, and 96 of the last-mentioned parish and survey
district; thence towards the North-west by the north-western
boundary-line of the last-mentioned section and the north-
western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 97, 98, 99, 104, 105,
108, 109, and 151, Parish of Kohumaru, Maungataniwha
Survey District aforesaid, to Berghan's Claim (of 2,337 acres);
thence again towards the North-west and South-west generally
by that claim to Stony Creek; and thence by that creek to the

Oruaiti Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the ocean, from the
northernmost corner of the Takerau Block to the Wairakau
Stream at Pekapeka Bay; thence towards the South and
South-east by the Totara Road District, hereinbefore de-
scribed, to the southernmost corner of Section No. 63,
Parish of Mongonui, Maungataniwha Survey District; thence
towards the South-west by the south-western boundary-
lines of that section and of Sections Nos. 62, 61, 60, 59, 49,
50, 51, 52, part of 52, 85, and 53 of the parish and survey
district aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of the last-men-
tioned section; thence towards the North-west by the north-
western boundary-line of Section No. 53 aforesaid, and the
north-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 401, 40, and
39; thence towards the West by the western boundary-
lines of Sections Nos. 78, 72, 17, and 16, Parish of Mongonui,
Maungataniwha Survey District aforesaid, to the Oruaiti
River; and thence across and again towards the South-west
and West by that river and Mongonui Harbour and Doubtless
Bay to the place of commencement.

Oruru Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the ocean, from the eastern head of
Rangaunu Harbour to Cape Karakara; thence towards the North-
east generally by the ocean and Doubtless Bay to Mongonui Har-
bour; thence by that harbour and the Oruaiti Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the north-westernmost corner of Sec-
tion No. 16, Parish of Mongonui, Mongonui Survey District;
thence towards the South-east and again towards the North-
east by that road district to the Totara Road District, herein-
before described; thence again towards the South-east and
North-east and towards the North-west by the last-mentioned
road district to the north-eastern boundary-line of Maunga-
taniwha Block No. 3; thence by that boundary-line to the
easternmost corner of Section No. 39, Parish of Maungataniwha
East, Maungataniwha Survey District; thence again towards
the South by the southern boundary-line of that section and
the southern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 38 and 37 of a
forest reserve (3,097 acres), and of Section No. 123, Parish of
Maungataniwha, Maungataniwha Survey District aforesaid, to
the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
towards the South-west and again towards the South-east and
South-west by the south-western boundary-lines of Sections
Nos. 123 aforesaid, 122, 119, 118, 116, 115, 112, 111, and 108,
the south-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 145, 147,
146, and 106, the south-western boundary-lines of Sections
Nos. 106 aforesaid, 105, 104, 103, 102, and 101, all of the
Parish of Maungataniwha aforesaid; thence towards the
North-west by the north-western boundary lines of Sections
Nos. 101 aforesaid and 100 to the southern boundary-line of
Section No. 64, Parish of Kaiaka, Takahue Survey District;
thence again towards the South by that boundary-line;
thence again towards the North-west by the north-western
boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 64 aforesaid, 63, and 60,
the north-western boundary-line of the Maungataniwha Block
No. 1, and a right line thence to the easternmost corner of the
Mangatete Block; thence again towards the South-west by the
north-eastern boundary-lines of the latter block to the Tukai
River; thence by that river and the Mangatete River to Ra-
gaunu Harbour aforesaid; and thence again towards the West
by that harbour to the place of commencement: excepting
from the above-described area the Mongonui Township Road
District, hereinafter described.

Kaitaia Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east, South-east, and again towards the
North-east by the Oruru Road District, hereinbefore described,
from Rangaunu Harbour to the southernmost corner of Section
No. 123, Parish of Maungataniwha, Maungataniwha Survey
District; thence towards the East by the eastern boundary-line
of the Maungataniwha Block; thence towards the South by
the southern boundary-line of that block; thence again towards
the East by the eastern boundary-line of the Takahue No. 1
Block to its intersection by a right line drawn from the mouth
of the Mohiroa River, in the Herekino Harbour, to the trig.
station on the summit of Raetea; thence towards the South-east
by that line to Herekino Harbour aforesaid; thence by that
harbour; thence towards the South-west and North-west by the
ocean; thence towards the North-west by the Muriwhenua
South and the Wharemaru Blocks to Rangaunu Harbour afore-
said; and thence towards the North by that harbour to the
place of commencement.

Mongonui Township Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and East by high-water mark of Mongonui
Harbour; thence towards the South-east by the south-eastern
boundary-line of Section No. 17 and the southern side of
the street forming the south-eastern boundary-lines of Sec-
tions Nos. 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 263, 262, 261,
260, 259, 258, 257, and 256; thence towards the South-west
by the south-western side of the street forming the south-
western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 256 aforesaid, 255,
240, 239, 224, 223, 208, 207, 192, 191, 176, and 175; thence
towards the North-west by the north-western side of the street
forming the north-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 175
aforesaid, 174, 173, 172, 171, 170, 169, 168, and 167 to
the southern boundary-line of Section No. 14; and thence
by the southern, western, and part of the northern boundary-
lines of that section, and the western boundary-lines of Sec-
tions Nos. 11, 20, 23, and 24, and the northern boundary-line
of the last-mentioned section, and its production to Mongonui
Harbour aforesaid, the place of commencement.

WHANGAREI COUNTY.

Otonga Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by a right line due east from the Kaima-
maku River to its intersection by a right line due north
75 chains from the north-western corner of Tewairahi Block
No. 315; thence towards the East by the latter line to the
north-western corner of Tewairahi Block No. 315 aforesaid;
thence by that block and a right line due north from Trig. Sta-
tion F, in Block VIII., Opuawhanga Survey District;
thence towards the South-east by a right line from Trig. Sta-
tion F aforesaid to the south-eastern corner of Innes's and
McKenzie's selection in Block XII., Hikurangi Survey District;
thence by the south-eastern boundary-line of that selection;
thence towards the South-west by part of the south-western
boundary-line of the aforesaid selection to the southern boun-
dary-line of Block XII., Hikurangi Survey District aforesaid;
thence towards the South by the southern boundary-line of
that block; thence again towards the South-west by the Hiku-
rangi Road District, hereinafter described, to the Wairua River;
and thence towards the North-west and West by that river and
the Kaimamaku River aforesaid to the place of commence-
ment.

Hikurangi Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of
the Hikurangi Block; thence towards the South-east and
South by the Mangahahuru River; and thence towards the
West and North-west by the Wairua River to the place of com-
mencement.

Kaurihohore Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the Hikurangi Road
District, hereinbefore described, from the north-westernmost
corner of Section No. 81, Parish of Whangarei, Purua Survey
District, to the northernmost corner of Section No. 38, Parish
of Whangarei aforesaid; thence by the north-eastern boundary-
lines of Sections Nos. 38 aforesaid and 39 of that parish to
the Mangakino River; thence towards the East by that river
to its confluence with the Waitaua River; thence towards the
South by the latter river to the easternmost corner of Section
No. 116 of the parish and survey district aforesaid; thence
towards the South-east by the south-eastern boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 116 aforesaid, 115, 114, and 122 to the
southernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; and thence
towards the South-west by the south-western boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 122 aforesaid, 121, 120, and 119 to the
