towards the East by a line along the middle of the latter river
to the Town District of Whangarei; thence towards the South
and South-east by the Town District of Whangarei aforesaid
to the easternmost corner of Section No. 77, Whauwhau
Block, Purua Survey District; thence again towards the
South and South-west by the southern and south-western
boundary-lines of that block; thence towards the North-west
and again towards the North by the north-western and northern
boundary-lines of the Whauwhau Block aforesaid; and thence
towards the West by part of the western boundary-line of
Mair's Grant, the western boundary-lines of the Kamo Block,
and of the land known as Meldrum's Claim to the place of
commencement.

ocean to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 12, Parish of
Waikare, Whangarei Survey District; thence towards the South
by the southern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 12 aforesaid,
11, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, Parish of Waikare aforesaid, to the
north-western corner of Section No. 50, Parish of Manaia,
Whangarei Survey District; thence across a road to the
northernmost corner of Section No. 14 of the last-mentioned
parish, and by the southern side of the road forming the
northern boundary-line of Section No. 14 aforesaid to Whangarei
Harbour; thence by that harbour and Parua Bay to the
north-western boundary-line of the Pakikaikutu Block, No. 3211;
thence towards the North-west generally by the north-western
boundary-line of that block and by the western and southern
side of the road forming the western and southern boundary-
lines of Sections Nos. 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 117, 135, 136, 137,
138, 197, 198, 199, Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid, Whangarei
Survey District; and thence towards the South-east and
South-west by the southern side of the road forming the
south-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 200, 201, 205,
and 212, and the south-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos.
212 aforesaid, 211, 210, and 208, Parish of Owhiwa aforesaid,
to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section, the
place of commencement.

Maunu Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Mangare River, from its confluence
with the Wairua River to the Pahi-wairua Stream; thence
towards the North-west by that stream to the Mirowhakatiki
Block; thence towards the North-east by that block and the
Maruarua Block to the south-eastern corner of the latter; thence
by a right line to the westernmost corner of the Whauwhau
Block; thence by the Whangarei Road District, hereinbefore
described, and the Town District of Whangarei to Whangarei
Harbour; thence towards the East by that harbour; thence
towards the South and South-east by the southern boundary-
line of the Maungatapere Block to the westernmost corner of
Section No. 113, Maungakaramea Parish, Tangihua Survey
District, and a right line to the Wairua River aforesaid, at
Wharekohi; and thence towards the North-west by that river
to the place of commencement.

Ruatangata Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and South-east by the Kaurihohore
and the Whangarei Road Districts, hereinbefore described,
from the north-western corner of Section No. 81, Parish of
Whangarei, Purua Survey District, to the westernmost corner
of Section No. 55, Parish of Whangarei, Purua Survey District
aforesaid; thence towards the South-west, South-east, and
South by the Maunu Road District, hereinbefore described, to
the Wairua River; thence generally towards the North-west
by that river to its confluence with the Mangahahuru River; and
thence towards the North by the Hikurangi Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Whareora Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the north-western boundary-lines of
the Puketotara and Te Maruata Blocks; thence towards the
East by the eastern boundary-line of the latter block and of the
Huanui Block to the northern boundary-line of the Whareora
Block; thence towards the North by the northern boundary-
line of the last-mentioned block to the northernmost corner of
Section No. 59, Parish of Parahaki, Whangarei Survey District;
thence towards the North-east by the north-eastern boundary-
line of the Parish of Parahaki aforesaid to the summit of the
Whanui Mountain; thence towards the South by the southern
boundary-line of the Parish of Parahaki aforesaid to the north-
western corner of Section No. 208, Parish of Owhiwa, Whangarei
Survey District aforesaid; thence towards the South-east by the
north-western boundary-line of Section No. 208 aforesaid; thence
across a road; and again towards the South by the southern
boundary-line of Section No. 209 of the parish and survey
district last mentioned; thence across another road to the
south-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 7 of the Parish
of Wariara, Whangarei Survey District aforesaid; thence again
towards the South-east by the south-eastern boundary-line of
the last-mentioned section and the south-eastern boundary-lines
of Sections Nos. 6, 5, 4, and 3, Parish of Wariara aforesaid;
thence again towards the North-east and South-east by the
eastern and southern boundary-lines of Dent's claim to Wha-
ngarei Harbour; thence towards the South-west by that
harbour; and thence towards the West by the Town District
of Whangarei and the Whangarei and the Kaurihohore Road
Districts, hereinbefore described, to the north-western corner
of the Puketotara Block aforesaid, the place of commencement.

Parua Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Whareora Road District, hereinbefore
described, from the north-western corner of Section No. 208,
Parish of Owhiwa, Whangarei Survey District, to the summit
of the Whanui Mountain; thence towards the North-east by
the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 181 of the parish

Manaia Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North by the Parua Road District, hereinbefore
described, from the westernmost corner of Section No. 14, Parish
of Manaia, Whangarei Survey District, to the East Coast;
thence towards the East by the ocean to Bream Head; thence
towards the South by the ocean to Busby Head; and thence
towards the West by Whangarei Harbour to the place of com-
mencement.

Maungakaramea Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east and North by the Maunu Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described, from the westernmost corner of
Section No. 113, Parish of Maungakaramea, Tangihua Survey
District, to Whangarei Harbour; thence again towards the
North-east and towards the South-east by that harbour and the
Mangapai River to the north-eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 86, Parish of Maungakaramea, Tangihua Survey District
aforesaid; thence again towards the South-east and towards
the South-west by the south-eastern and south-western boun-
dary-lines of the Parish of Maungakaramea aforesaid to the
westernmost corner of Section No. 92 of that parish; and
thence towards the North-west by the north-western boundary-
line of the Parish of Maungakaramea aforesaid to the place
of commencement.

Mangapai Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-west by the Maungakaramea Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the southernmost corner of Section
No. 79, Parish of Maungakaramea, Tangihua Survey District, to
the mouth of the Mangapai River; thence towards the North
and North-west generally by that river and Whangarei Har-
bour to the northernmost corner of Section No. 1, Parish of
Mata, Ruakaka Survey District; thence towards the East and
North by an inlet of Whangarei Harbour aforesaid to the
Parish of Ruakaka; thence towards the North-east, South-
east, and again towards the North-east by that parish to the
south-western corner of Section No. 35, Parish of Ruakaka
aforesaid, Ruakaka Survey District; thence again towards the
South-east by the Parish of Waipu; and thence towards the
South-west by the Parish of Waipu aforesaid and the Parish of
Ruarangi to the place of commencement.

Ruarangi Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, bounded
towards the North-east generally by the Mangapai Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described, from the southernmost corner of
Section No. 79, Parish of Maungakaramea, Tangihua Survey
District, to the easternmost corner of Section No. 110, Parish
of Ruarangi; thence towards the South-east by the south-
eastern boundary-line of that section to the Great North Road;
thence towards the East by a line along the middle of that
road; thence towards the South-west by the Parishes of
Waipu, Mareretu, and Waikiekie respectively, and by land
granted to Henry Walton, to the north-western corner of
Section No. 56, Parish of Ruarangi aforesaid; and thence
towards the North-west by the Maungakaramea Road District,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.
