South-west by Sections Nos. 1 and 26, block I., of the Town-
ship of Livingstone, 500 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less. For an addition to a school site.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 12 acres 1 rood, more or less,
situate in the Tarras District, and being Sections Nos. 8 and 11,
Block VII., Tarras District. Bounded towards the North by
Section No. 1 of said block, 801.7 links; towards the East by
Crown lands, 300 links and 1093 links; towards the South by
Crown lands, 800 links; towards the West by Crown lands,
1218.7 links and 290 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less; and intersected by the Clutha River. For a bridge
reserve.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more
or less, situate in the Lower Hawea District, and being Sections
Nos. 5 and 6, Block VII., of said district. Bounded towards
the North-west by Section No. 8 of said block 605.5 links, also
by a road-line 482.2 links; towards the North-east by said
Section No. 8, 733.5 links, also by a road-line 842.2 links and
400 links; towards the South-west by Crown lands, 918.2 links
and 1010 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For
a ferry reserve.

this twenty-third day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-three.

in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882,"
I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM WALKER and
JAMES BROWN

to be Trustees, in the place of William Irvine and George
Burgess, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of
the Dunsandel Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other
persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency
the Governor on the thirtieth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-nine.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-third day of April, one thousand eight

Chief Inspector BENJAMIN PEDDIE BAYLY to be Superin-
tending Inspector of Sheep, Superintending Inspector of Cattle,
Superintending Inspector of Rabbits, and Chief Registrar of
Brands in the colony.

In the Marlborough Sheep and Cattle Districts.

PERCY GROOM to be Inspector of Sheep for the Picton Sub-
division and in and for the several subdivisions of all sheep
districts in the colony, from the 1st August, 1882; and also to
be Deputy Cattle Inspector in and for all cattle districts in the
colony, from the same date.

In the Nelson Sheep and Cattle Districts.

EDWARD GUERIN PRICE to be Inspector of Sheep in and
for the several subdivisions of all sheep districts in the colony,
from the 1st May, 1882; and also to be Deputy Cattle Inspector
in and for all cattle districts in the colony, from the same date.

Inspector BUNTER CLAPCOTT to take charge of the Buller and
Grey Subdivision, from the 1st November, 1882, in addition to
the Westland Subdivision of the Canterbury District.

In the Otago Sheep and Cattle Districts.

WILLIAM GILBERT REES to be Inspector of Sheep in and
for the several subdivisions of all sheep districts in the colony,
from the 1st April, 1883, vice R. Stewart resigned; and also to
be Deputy Cattle Inspector in and for all cattle districts in the
colony, from the same date.

In the Auckland Sheep and Cattle District.

Inspector ALBERT ELLIOTT, Kamo, has been promoted, from
the 1st January, 1883, to the charge of the Marsden Subdivision,
vice Inspector C. Thomson, transferred to Napier District.

In the Marlborough Sheep and Cattle District.

Inspector WILLIS ASHTON SCAIFE, from the Wellington
District, has been appointed, from the 3rd February, 1883, to
the charge of the Amuri Subdivision, vice W. H. Knyvett, trans-
ferred to Auckland District.
