Tuturau Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east by the Otakaramu Stream and its
northern branch to its source; thence by the northern boun-
dary-line of the Waiariki Hundred to its eastern boundary-line;
thence towards the east by the eastern boundary-line of the
Waiariki Hundred aforesaid to its southern boundary-line;
thence towards the south by a right line due west to the Waia-
rikiki Stream; thence again towards the east by that stream to
its confluence with the Mimihau Stream; thence towards the
south and south-east by the latter stream to the Mataura
River; and thence towards the south-west and north-west by
that river to the place of commencement: excepting from the
above-described area the Town District of Mataura.

Waikana Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Otakaramu Stream
and its northern branch to its source; thence by the northern
boundary-line of the Waiariki Hundred to its eastern boun-
dary-line; thence towards the east by the eastern boundary-
line of the Waiariki Hundred aforesaid; thence towards the
south by a right line due west to the Waiarikiki Stream; thence
by that stream and a tributary thereof forming the northern
boundary of section No. 66, Block VI., Tuturau Survey Dis-
trict; thence by the southern boundaries of sections Nos. 71,
89, 93, 60, 90, 59, and 94, Block VI. aforesaid, and sections
Nos. 21, 19, and 18, Block III., Tuturau Surrey District afore-
said; thence towards the west by sections Nos. 32, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, and 11, Block III. aforesaid, and the Town District of
Mataura to the Mataura River; and thence towards the north-
west by that river to the place of commencement.

Marairua Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Town District of Mataura;
thence towards the east and again towards the north by the
Waikana Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the east by Blocks VI. and VII., Tuturau Survey District;
thence towards the south and south-east by the Mimihau
Stream; and thence towards the west by the Mataura River to
the place of commencement.

Waiariki Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Waikana Subdivision
hereinbefore described; thence towards the east by the Waiari-
kiki Stream; thence towards the south by the Mimihau
Stream; and hence towards the west by the Marairua Subdi-
vision, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Otaraia Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north by the Town District of Gordon and the
Knapdale Road District, hereinbefore described, from the
Mataura River to Block VI., Waikaka Survey District; thence
towards the west by the Knapdale Road District aforesaid;
thence again towards the north by Clutha County; thence
towards the east, north-east, and again towards the east by
Clutha County aforesaid to a point due east from the south
eastern corner of the Tuturau Survey District; thence towards
the south by a right line due west to the north-eastern corner
of the Wyndham Survey District; thence towards the west by
a right line due north to the Mimihau Stream; thence towards
the south-west by that stream to the Tuturau Road District,
hereinbefore described; thence again towards the west and
north and again towards the west and south-west by the Tutu-
rau Road District aforesaid to the Mataura River; and thence
towards the north-west by that river to the place of commence-
ment.

Pukerau Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Town District of Gordon
and the Knapdale Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the west by the Knapdale Road District aforesaid;
thence again towards the north by Clutha County; thence
towards the east by Clutha County aforesaid; thence towards
the south by Blocks IX., XII., and XIII., Waikaka Survey
District; and thence towards the west by the Mataura River
to the place of commencement.

Otaraia Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Pukerau Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the east and north-
east by Clutha County to the confluence of the Kaiwera Stream
with the Waipahee River; thence towards the south-east and
again towards the north-east by the Kaiwera Stream aforesaid
to section No. 16, Block II., Slopedown Survey District; thence
by that section and section No. 15, Block II. aforesaid; thence
towards the east by Block VI., Slopedown Survey District

aforesaid, to a point due east from the south-eastern corner of
the Tuturau Survey District; thence towards the south by a
right line due west to the north-eastern corner of the Wynd-
ham Survey District; thence towards the west by a right line
due north to the Mimihau Stream; thence towards the south-
west by that stream to the Tuturau Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence again towards the west and north and again
towards the west and south-west by the Tuturau Road District
aforesaid to the Mataura River; and thence towards the north-
west by that river to the place of commencement.

Kaiwera Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north east and east by Clutha County
to a point due east from the south-eastern corner of the Tutu-
rau Survey District; thence towards the south by a right line
due west to the Otaraia Subdivision, hereinbefore described;
and thence towards the west, south-west, and north-west by the
Otaraia Subdivision aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Wyndham Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-west by the Tuturau Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the north-east by the Otaraia
Road District, hereinbefore described, to a point due north from
Trig. Station T, Wyndham Survey District; thence towards
the east by a right line due south through Trig. Station T
aforesaid to the Wyndham River; thence towards the south-
west by that river and the south-western boundary-line of
section No. 15, Block IV., Wyndham Survey District afore-
said, to the Mataura River; and thence towards the west by
that river to the place of commencement: excepting from the
above-described area the Town District of Wyndham.

Oware Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by the Tuturau Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described; thence towards the north-east by
the Otaraia Road District, hereinbefore described, to a point
due north from Trig. Station T, Wyndham Survey District;
thence towards the east by a right line due south to a point due
east from the north-eastern corner of section No. 15, Block
III., Wyndham Survey District; thence towards the south by
a right line to that corner; thence by sections Nos. 15 aforesaid
and 6, Block III. aforesaid, sections Nos. 9 and 5, Block II.,
Wyndham Survey District aforesaid; thence towards the east by
sections Nos. 5 aforesaid and 46, the main centre road, and
sections Nos. 44 and 45 to a point due east from the north-
western corner of section No 34; thence again towards the
south by a right line to that corner; thence by section No. 34
aforesaid and the Redan Road to the Oware Creek; thence by
that creek to the Wyndham River; thence towards the south-
east and south-west by that river and the south-western
boundary-line of section No. 15, Block IV., Wyndham Survey
District aforesaid, to the Mataura River; and thence towards
the south-west by the Mataura River aforesaid to the Town
District of Wyndham; and thence by the Town District of
Wyndham aforesaid to the place of commencement.

Redan Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west and north by the Oware
Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east by
part of a right line drawn due south from Trig. Station T,
Wyndham Survey District, to the Wyndham River; and
thence towards the south-west by that river to the place of
commencement.

South Wyndham Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east by the Wyndham Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the east by the Mokoreta
Survey District; thence towards the south by the Mokoreta
Survey District aforesaid and the Toetoes Survey District; and
thence towards the north-west by the Mataura River to the
place of commencement.

Don Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Wyndham Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east by
the Mokoreta Survey District; thence towards the south by
Blocks XI., X., and IX., Wyndham Survey District, and a
road forming the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 13,
Block VIII., Wyndham Survey District aforesaid, to the Ma-
taura River; and thence towards the north-west by that river
to the place of commencement.

Kuriwao Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Don Subdivision, herein-
before described; thence towards the east by the Mokoreta
Survey District; thence towards the south by the Mokoreta
Survey District aforesaid and the Toetoes Surrey District to the
Mataura River; and thence towards the north-west by that
river to the place of commencement.
