All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east and south-east by Bruce County;
thence towards the south-west and north by a line along the
middle of the Koau Branch of the Clutha River to the place of
commencement.

SOUTHLAND COUNTY.
Invercargill Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the North by the Waihopai River; thence towards the
East by Block VIII., Invercargill Hundred, and the western
boundary-line of that block produced across Awarua Bay to the
ocean; thence towards the South by the ocean; and thence
towards the West and North-west by Foveaux Strait and the
New River Estuary to the Waihopai River aforesaid, the place
of commencement: excepting from the above-described area
the Boroughs of Invercargill, Gladstone, Avenal, North In-
vercargill, East Invercargill, South Invercargill, and Campbell-
town.

Waihopai Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North by the Waihopai River; thence
towards the South-east by the main road between Dunedin and
Invercargill; and thence towards the West by the New
River Estuary to the Waihopai River aforesaid, the place of
commencement: excepting from the above-described area
the Boroughs of East Invercargill, North Invercargill, Glad-
stone, Avenal, and Invercargill.

Appleby Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-west by the Borough of East
Invercargill and the Waihopai Subdivision, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the East by Block VII., Invercargill
Hundred, and the western boundary-line of that block pro-
duced to a point in line with the southern boundary-line of
Block XIX., Invercargill Hundred aforesaid; thence towards
the South by a line due west to the southern boundary-line of
Block XIX. aforesaid; thence by the latter line to the New
River Estuary; thence towards the West by that estuary;
thence towards the North by the Borough of Invercargill;
and thence again towards the West by that borough to the
Borough of East Invercargill, the place of commencement:
excepting from the above-described area the Borough of South
Invercargill.

Campbelltown Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North by the Appleby Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the East by a produc-
tion of the western boundary-line of Block VII, Invercargill
Hundred, across Awarua Bay to the ocean; thence towards the
South by the ocean; and thence towards the West and North-
west by Foveaux Strait and the New River Estuary to the
Appleby Subdivision, hereinbefore described, the place of com-
mencement: excepting from the above-described area the
Borough of Campbelltown.

Oteramika Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the North-west by Blocks V. and VI., Invercargill
Hundred; thence towards the West by the latter block;
thence towards the North-west by a road passing the Township
of Dacre and continuing to the southern boundary-line of
Block IV., Lothian Hundred; thence towards the North by
that boundary-line and its production due east to the middle
of the Mataura River; thence towards the East by a line
along the middle of that river to the ocean; thence towards
the South by the ocean; and thence towards the West by the
Invercargill Road District, hereinbefore described, and Block
V., Invercargill Hundred aforesaid, to the place of commence-
ment.

Lothian Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-west by a road passing the
Township of Dacre and proceeding to the southern boundary-
line of Block IV., Lothian Hundred; thence towards the
North by that boundary-line and its production due east to
the middle of the Mataura River; thence towards the East
by a line along the middle of that river to its intersection by
the north-eastern boundary-line of Block X., Oteramika
Hundred, produced; thence towards the South generally by
that block and Blocks VII., II., and I., Oteramika Hundred
aforesaid; and thence towards the West by Blocks VIII. and
VI., Invercargill Hundred, to the place of commencement.

One-Tree Point Subdivision.
Bounded towards the East and North by the Lothian Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence again towards the
East by a line along the middle of the Mataura River to the
ocean; thence towards the South by the ocean; and thence
towards the West by the Invercargill Road District, herein-
before described, and Block V., Invercargill Hundred, to the
place of commencement.

Lindhurst Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the North by the Hokonui Survey District; thence
towards the North-east by the Charlton Creek to its confluence
with the Mataura River: thence by a line along the middle of
that river to the Oteramika Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the South-east by that road district
and the Invercargill Road District, hereinbefore described, to
the south-western corner of Section No. 6, Block IV., Inver-
cargill Hundred; thence towards the West by a right line due
north to the Makarewa River; thence towards the North-west
by that river to the northern boundary-line of Section No. 190,
Forest Hill Hundred; thence again towards the North by a
right line due east, 17400 links; thence again towards the West
by a right line due north, 20000 links; thence again towards
the North-west by a right line bearing 45° to the eastern
boundary-line of Forest Hill Hundred aforesaid; and thence
again towards the West by a right line due north to the
Hokonui Survey District aforesaid, the place of commencement:
excepting from the above-described area the Town District of
Mataura.

Myross Subdivision.
Bounded towards the West by a right line due north from
the south-western corner of Section No. 6, Block IV., Inver-
cargill Hundred, to the Makarewa River; thence towards the
North-west by that river; thence towards the North east by
the Mabel Hundred; and thence towards the East and South
by the Oteramika and the Invercargill Road Districts, herein-
before described, to the place of commencement.

Mabel Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-west by the Makarewa River;
thence towards the North by a right line due east from the
northern boundary-line of Section No. 190, Forest Hill Hundred,
17400 links; thence towards the West by a right line due north,
20 00 links; thence towards the North-west by a right line
bearing 45° to the eastern boundary-line of Forest Hill
Hundred; thence towards the East by the Waimumu Hundred
and its western boundary-line produced to the main road
between Dunedin and Invercargill; thence towards the South-
east by the Oteramika Road District, hereinbefore described;
and thence towards the South-west by the Myross Subdivision,
hereinbefore described, to the Makarewa River aforesaid, the
place of commencement.

Waimumu Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North by the Hokonui Survey District;
thence towards the North-east by the Charlton Creek to its
confluence with the Mataura River; thence towards the East
by that river to the Oteramika Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the South and South-east by that
road district; and thence towards the West by the Mabel
Subdivision, hereinbefore described, and the Forest Hill Hundred
to the place of commencement: excepting from the above-
described area the Town District of Mataura.

Knapdale Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north by the Wendon and the Greenvale Survey
Districts; thence towards the east by Clutha County and
Blocks III. and VI., Waikaka Survey District; thence towards
the south by the Pukeran Stream and the Town District of
Gordon to the Mataura River; and thence towards the south-
west and west by that river to the place of commencement.

Otama Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north by the Wendon Survey District;
thence towards the east by the Chatton Survey District. to the
Dunedin and Switzer's Road; thence towards the north-east by
that road to Block X., Chatton Survey District aforesaid;
thence again towards the east by that block to Block X.ΙΙ.,
Chatton Survey District aforesaid; thence towards the south
by section No. 2, Block XII. aforesaid; thence towards the
south-east by that section; thence towards the south-west and
again towards the south by section No. 1, Block XII. aforesaid,
to the Mataura River; and thence towards the south-west and
west by that river to the place of commencement.

Chatton Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North by the Wendon and the Green-
rale Survey Districts; thence towards the East by Clutha
County to the Dunedin and Switzer's Road; thence towards the
south by that road to the Otama Subdivision, hereinbefore
described; and thence towards the south-west and towards the
west by the Otama Subdivision aforesaid to the place of com-
mencement.

Waikaka Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north, west, and again towards the
north by the Otama and the Chatton Subdivisions, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the east by Clutha County and
