Toetoes Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north by the South Wyndham Road District,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the east and south-east
by the Mokoreta and the Otara Survey Districts; thence
towards the south-west and south by the ocean and Toetoes
Harbour; and thence towards the west by the Mataura River.

Titiroa Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north by the South Wyndham Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east by the
Mokoreta Survey District; thence towards the south by Blocks
VI. and V., Toetoes Survey District, to the intersection of the
northern boundary-line of the latter block with the Waimahaka
Stream in section No. 13; thence by that stream to the Titiroa
Stream; thence again towards the east by the latter stream,
Toetoes Harbour, and the Mataura River; and thence towards
the west by the Mataura River aforesaid to the place of com-
mencement.

Tokanui Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north by the Titiroa Subdivision, here-
inbefore described; thence towards the east and south-east by
the Mokoreta and the Otara Survey Districts; thence towards
the south-west by the ocean; and thence towards the south-
west and west by Toetoes Harbour and the Titiroa Subdivision
aforesaid to the place of commencement.

WALLACE COUNTY.

Aparima Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the North by the Wairio and the Taringatura Survey
Districts; thence towards the East by Southland County;
thence towards the South-west and North-west by the ocean,
the Jacob's River Estuary, and the Pourapourakina River to the
north-western corner of Block III., Jacob's River Hundred;
thence towards the South by a right line due west to the
Longwood Survey District; and thence towards the West by
that survey district and the Waiau Survey District to the
place of commencement: excepting from the above-described
area the Borough of Riverton and the Town District of Otautau.

Waimatuku Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North-east and East by the Waimatuku
River, from the Yellow Bluff to the ocean; thence towards the
South and West by the ocean and the Jacob's River Estuary;
and thence towards the North-west and South-west by Jacob's
River to the place of commencement: excepting from the above-
described area the Borough of Riverton.

Jacob's River Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North by the Aparima Hundred;
thence towards the East by the Waimatuku Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South by Jacob's
River Estuary; thence towards the North-west by the Poura-
pourakino River to the north-western corner of Jacob's River
Hundred; thence towards the South by a right line due west
to the Longwood Survey District; and thence towards the
West by that survey district to the place of commencement.

Heddon Bush Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North by the Taringatura Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the East by Southland County; thence
towards the South and South-west by that county and the
Waimatuku Subdivision, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the North-west by Jacob's River to the place of com-
mencement.

Mount Pleasant Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North by the Wairio Survey District;
thence towards the South-east and North-east by the Heddon
Bush and the Waimatuku Subdivisions, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the South by the Jacob's River Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; and thence towards the West by the
Longwood and the Waiau Survey Districts to the place of com-
mencement: excepting from the above-described area the Town
District of Otautau.
