Te Houka Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by Bruce County to the
Borough of Balclutha; thence towards the south-east by the
Borough of Balclutha aforesaid to the Main South Road; thence
towards the south-west by a line along the middle of the Main
South Road to the Waiwera Stream; and thence towards the
north-west by the Ashleydown Subdivision, hereinbefore de-
scribed, to the place of commencement.

Clinton Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east by the Pomahaka Road District, herein
before described, to Block LXXV., Clutha Survey District;
thence towards the south-east by that block and Blocks LXXIV,
LXXIII., and CII., Clutha Survey District aforesaid, to the
Kaihiku Stream; thence by that stream to the southern boun-
dary-line of the West Clutha Hundred; thence towards the
south-west by that boundary-line and the south-western
boundary-line of the Popotuna Hundred to the western
boundary-line of section No. 13, Block III., Kuriwao Survey
District; and thence towards the north-west by the western
boundary-lines of sections Nos. 13 aforesaid, 14, and 12, Block
III. aforesaid, and of sections Nos. 6, 4, 3, and 2, Block IV.,
Waipahee Survey District, and by the Wairuna Stream to the
place of commencement: excepting from the above-described
area the Town District of Clinton.

Kaihiku Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Pomahaka Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east
by Blocks LXXV., LXXIV., LXXIII., and CII., Clutha Survey
District, to the Kaihiku Stream; thence by that stream to the
southern boundary-line of the West Clutha Hundred; thence
towards the south-west by that boundary-line; and thence
towards the west and north-west by section No. 11, Block III.,
Warepa Survey District, and sections Nos. 11 and 10, Block
CIV., sections Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, Block XCIII., sections
Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12, Block XCIV., and sections Nos. 2, 4,
6, and 8, Block XCV., all of the Clutha Survey District afore-
said, to the place of commencement.

Waiwera Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Pomahaka Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east, by
the Kaihiku Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the south-west by the boundary-line of hundreds; and thence
towards the west and north by the Waiwera River to the place
of commencement.

Popotuna Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Pomahaka Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east, south,
and again towards the east by the Waiwera Subdivision, herein-
before described; thence towards the south-west by the Popo-
tuna Hundred to the western boundary-line of section No. 13,
Block III., Kuriwao Survey District; and thence towards the
north-west by the western boundary-lines of sections Nos. 13,
aforesaid, 14, and 12 Block III. aforesaid, and of sections Nos.
6, 4, 3, and 2, Block IV., Waipahee Survey District, and by the
Wairuna Stream to the place of commencement: excepting
from the above described area the Town District of Clinton.

Clutha Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north by a line along the middle of the Main South
Road to the Borough of Balclutha; thence by the Borough
of Balclutha aforesaid to the Clutha River; thence towards
the north-east by a line along the middle of that river to a
point in line with the north-western boundary-line of Block
XIII., Clutha Survey District; thence towards the south-east
by a right line to and thence by Block XIII. aforesaid and
Block XII, Clutha Survey District aforesaid, to the Puerua
River; thence towards the south-west and south-east by
a line along the middle of that river to the south-western
boundary-line of the West Clutha Hundred; thence towards
the south-west by that boundary-line through Trigs. J and G
to the Kaihiku Stream; and thence towards the north-west by
the Clinton Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place

Bounded towards the north by a line along the middle of the
Main South Road to the Borough of Balclutha; thence towards
the north-east by the Borough of Balclutha aforesaid to the
Clutha River; thence towards the north-east by a line along
the middle of that river to Block XIII., Clutha Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the south-east by Block XIII. aforesaid
and Block XII., Clutha Survey District aforesaid, to the Puerua
River; thence towards the south-west and again towards the
south-east by a line along the middle of that river to section No. 12,
Block XXVIII., Clutha Survey District aforesaid; thence by that
section and sections Nos. 38 and 37, Block I., Warepa Survey
District; thence towards the north-west by sections Nos. 2 of
11, 2 of 14, 1 of 14, and 1 of 15, Block I. aforesaid, and Blocks
XLIV., XLV., XLVI., XLVII., Clutha Survey District afore-

West Warepa Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by a line along the middle
of the Main South Road; thence towards the south-east and
north-east by the East Warepa Subdivision, hereinbefore
described; thence again towards the south-east and
towards the south-west by a line along the middle of the
Puerua River and by the south-western boundary-line of the
West Clutha Hundred, through Trigs. J and G, to the Kaihiku
Stream; and thence towards the north-west by the Clinton
Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement.

South Molyneux Road District.
Bounded towards the north-west generally by Run No. 129,
from the eastern boundary-line of Block VI., Catlin's Survey
District, to the Owake River; thence by that river to the
northern boundary-line of Block IV., Catlin's Survey District
aforesaid; thence by the northern boundary-lines of Blocks IV.
aforesaid and III., Catlin's Survey District aforesaid, to the
Little Puerua River; thence by that river and the Puerua
River to the Clutha Road District, hereinbefore described;
thence by the Clutha Road District aforesaid to the Clutha
River; thence towards the north-east by a line along the middle
of that river; thence towards the east and south-east by the
ocean; and thence towards the west by the western boundary-
line of the Woodland Survey District and its production to the
place of commencement.

Catlin's River Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west generally by Run No. 129,
from the eastern boundary-line of Block VI., Catlin's Survey
District, to the north-western boundary-line of Section No. 8,
Block IV., Catlin's Survey District aforesaid; thence by that
boundary-line and its production to the watershed between the
Ahuriri and the Owake Valleys; thence towards the north-east by
that watershed; thence towards the south-east by the ocean;
and thence towards the west by the western boundary-line of the
Woodland Survey District and its production to the place of
commencement.

Ahuriri Subdivision.
Bounded towards the south-west by the Owake River, from
the eastern corner of Run No. 129 to the northern boundary-
line of Block IV., Catlin's Survey District; thence towards the
north by the Warepa Survey District and the Glenomaru
Stream; thence towards the north-east by the East Clutha
Hundred; thence towards the south-east by the ocean; and
thence towards the south-west by Catlin's River Subdivision,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Port Molyneux Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by the Glenomaru Stream
to its confluence with the Puerua Stream; thence towards the
north-east by the latter stream; thence towards the east by
the ocean; and thence towards the south-west by the Ahuriri
Subdivision, hereinbefore described, to the place of commence-
ment.

Puerua Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by the
Little Puerua River, from the northern boundary-line of Catlin's
Survey District to its confluence with the Puerua River; thence
by the latter river to the Clutha Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence again towards the north-west by the Clutha
Road District aforesaid; thence again towards the north-east
by the Puerua River aforesaid to its confluence with the
Glenomaru Stream; thence towards the south-east and south-
west by the Port Molyneux, the Ahuriri, and the Catlin's River
Subdivisions, hereinbefore described, to the place of commence-
ment.

Waitepeka Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east and south-east by a line along
the middle of the Clutha River; thence towards the south-west
by the Port Molyneux and the Puerua Subdivisions, hereinbefore
described; and thence towards the north-west by the Clutha
Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commence-
ment.
