Bounded towards the north-east by the Milburn Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by the
Glenledi Road District, hereinbefore described, to the south
eastern corner of section No. 30, Block I., Akatore Survey
District; thence towards the south-west by section No. 30
aforesaid, and section No. 154, Block XIX., Tokomairiro Sur-
vey District, section No. 3, Block I., Akatore Survey District
aforesaid; thence by sections Nos. 87, Block X., 92 and 99,
Block XI., 104 and 111, Block XII., 116, Block XIII., and 128,
Block XV., all of the Tokomairiro Survey District aforesaid;
and thence towards the west by Block II., Table Hill Survey
District, to the north branch of the Tokomairiro River; and
thence by a line along the middle of that branch to the place of
commencement.

Milton Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-east, south-east, and again
towards the north-east by the Helensbrook Subdivision, herwin-
before described, and the Glenledi Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the south-west by the Kaitangata
Road District, hereinbefore described, sections Nos. 33, 2 of 32,
and 1 of 32, Block I., Kaitangata Survey District, sections Nos.
4 and 3, Block XXXI., and section No 1, Block XXXII.,
Tokomairiro Survey District, to the south branch of the Toko-
mairiro River; and thence by that branch to Block XXV.,
Tokomairiro Survey District aforesaid; thence by Block XXV.

commencement: excepting from the
above-described area the
Borough of Milton.

Southbridge Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-east by the Milton Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by the
Kaitangata Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the south-west by the Crichton Road District, herein-
before described; and thence to the north-west by a line
along the middle of the Main South Road to the place of com-
mencement.

Waihola Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east by Taieri County; thence towards the
east by the ocean; thence towards the south and east by
the Glenledi Rond District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the south, south-east, and south-west by the Toko-
mairiro Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the north-west by the Tokomairiro Road District
aforesaid to the easternmost corner of section No. 10, Block I.,
Waihola Survey District; thence by the Main South Rond and
a district road forming the north-western boundaries of Blocks
VIII. and XVIII, Waihola Survey District aforesaid, to Wai-
hola Lake; and thence by the Waihola Lake aforesaid and the
Waipori Lake to the place of commencement.

Waihola East Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north and north-east by Taieri County;
thence towards the south-east by the watershed of the ranges
through Blocks I, II., and III., Clarendon Survey District;
thence towards the west by Block II., Waihola Survey Dis-
trict; and thence towards the north-west by the Main South
Read and a district road forming the north-western boundaries
of Blocks VIII. and XVIII., Waihola Survey District aforesaid,
to Waibola Lake; and thence by the Waihola Take aforesaid
and the Waipori Lake to the place of commencement.

Taieri Beach Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-east by Taieri County; thence
towards the east by the ocean; thence towards the south by
the Glenledi Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the west by Block V., Clarendon Survey District;
thence towards the south, east, and again towards the south
by Block V. aforesaid; thence again towards the west by
section No. 13, Block II., Clarendon Survey District aforesaid;
thence again towards the south by sections Nos. 13 aforesaid
and 14, Block II. aforesaid; and thence towards the north-west
by the Waihola East Subdivision, hereinbefore described, to the
place of commencement.

Glenavon Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north and east by the Taieri Beach
Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards the south
by the Glenledi Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the south-east and south-west by the Tokomairiro
Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
north-west by the Tokomairiro Road District aforesaid to the
easternmost corner of section No. 10, Block I., Waihola Survey
District; thence by the Main South Road; and th nee towards
the north-east and north-west by the Waihola East Subdivision,
hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

CLUTHA COUNTY.

Clydevale Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-west by a line along the middle of the Back
Creek, from the confluence of that creek with the Pomahaka
River to its intersection by a right line due west from Trig.
Station D, in Block VI., Rankleburn Survey District; thence
towards the north by the right line aforesaid and its produc-
tion through Trig. Station D aforesaid to the middle of the
Clutha River; thence towards the east and south-east by a line
along the middle of the Clutha River aforesaid to its coufluence
with the Pomahaka River; and thence towards the south-west
by a line along the middle of the Pomahaka River aforesaid to
the confluence of that river with the Back Creek aforesaid, the
place of commencement.

Pomahaka Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north and north-east by a line along the middle
of the Pomahaka River and by Bruce County to the Borough of
Balclutha; thence towards the south-east by the Borough of
Balclutha aforesaid to the Main South Road; thence towards
the south and south-west by a line along the middle of the
Main South Road aforesaid to its junction with Lake Road;
