Lovelsbrook Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Adamsthorpe Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east,
south, and south-west by the Tokomairiro Road District, here-
inafter described, and the Crichton Road District, hereinafter
described; thence towards the west by the Balmoral Road Dis-
trict, hereinbefore described; and thence again towards the
north-east and towards the north-west by Tuapeka County to
the place of commencement.

Crichton Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east and north by the watershed west of
Lovell's Creek, from the Balmoral Road District, hereinbefore
described, to the Main South Road; thence by a line along the
middle of that road to the north-eastern boundary-line of
section No. 8, Block VI., North Tuakitoto Surrey District;
thence by the north-eastern boundary-lines of sections Nos. 8,
Block VI. aforesaid, 8, Block V., and 8, Block IV., North
Tuakitoto Survey District aforesaid, and a right line from
the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section to Trig.
Station H, in section No. 22, Block II., Kaitangata Survey Dis-
trict; thence by the north-eastern boundary-line of section No. 22
aforesaid; thence by the northern boundary-line of section
No. 25, Block II. aforesaid, and a right line from its north-
eastern corner to Mount Misery; thence towards the south-east
by Blocks III. and VI., Kaitangata Survey District aforesaid,
to Trig. Station J; thence by a right line to Two-Stone Hill;
thence by the watershed to the northern boundary-line of

Tuakitoto Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-west by a line along the middle
of the Main South Road to the north-eastern boundary-line of
section No. 8, Block VI., North Tuakitoto Survey District;
thence towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary-
lines of sections Nos. 8, Block VI. aforesaid, 8, Block V., and
8, Block IV., North Tuakitoto Survey District aforesaid, and a
right-line from the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned
section to Trig. Station H, in section No. 22, Block II., Kai-
tangata Survey District; thence by the north-eastern boundary-
line of section No. 22 aforesaid; thence towards the north by
the northern boundary-line of section No. 25, Block III. afore-
said, and a right line from its north-eastern corner to Mount
Misery; thence towards the south-east by Blocks III. and VI.,
Kaitangata Survey District aforesaid, to Trig. Station J; thence
by a right line to Two-Stone Hill; thence by the watershed to
a point in line with the northern boundary-line of section
No. 11, Block IX., Kaitangata Survey District; thence
towards the south by that section and section No. 12, Block
IX. aforesaid, to the Town District of Kaitangata; thence
towards the west and again towards the south by the Town
District of Kaitangata aforesaid to Kaitangata Lake; thence
towards the west by Tuakitoto Lake and Lovell's Creek to the
place of commencement.

Stoney Creek Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east and north by the watershed
west of Lovell's Creek, from the Balmoral Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the east, south, and again
towards the east by the Tuakitoto Subdivision, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the south by section No. 3, Block X.,
South Tuakitoto Survey District, and sections Nos. 7, 8, 16, 15,
and 14, Block I., Hillend Survey District; thence towards the
west and north-west by the Balmoral Road District aforesaid
to the place of commencement.

Kaitangata Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north-east by the Tokomairiro Survey District and
a line along the middle of the Tokomairiro River; thence
towards the south-east by the ocean; thence towards the west
by the Matau branch of the Clutha River; thence towards the
north and west by the Town District of Kaitangata; thence
again towards the north and towards the north-west by
the Crichton Road District, hercinbefore described, to Mount

Coombe Hay Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Tokomairiro Survey
District and a line along the middle of the Tokomairiro
River; thence towards the south-east by the ocean; thence
towards the south-west by the road forming the north-eastern
boundary of section No. 8, Block XIII., Coast Survey District;
thence again towards the south-east by that section; thence
towards the south by Blocks VII. and VI., Kaitangata Survey
District; thence towards the north-west by the Crichton Road
District, hereinbefore described, to Mount Misery; and thence
by sections Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 1 of 31, 2 of 32, and
33, Block I., Kaitangata Survey District aforesaid, to the place
of commencement.

Wangaloa Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north and north-east by the Coombe
Hay Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
south-east by the ocean; thence towards the west by the
Matau branch of the Clutha River; thence towards the north
and west by the Town District of Kaitangata; and thence again
towards the north and towards the north-west by the Crichton
Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of com-
mencement.

Glenledi Road Distrct.
All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded
towards the north and north-east by the Clarendon Survey
District; thence towards the south-east by the ocean to the
mouth of the Tokomairiro River; thence towards the south-
west by the Kaitangata Road District, hereinbefore described;
thence towards the west by sections Nos. 30 and 33, Block VI.,
Akatore Survey District; thence towards the south by the
latter section; thence again towards the west by sections Nos.
24, 25, 26, 1 of 27, 1 of 28, and the western boundary-lines of
sections No Nos. 41 41 and 31, all of Block I., Akatore Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid; thence again towards the north-east and north-
west by section No. 36, Block I. aforesaid; thence again towards
the north by section No. 30; thence towards the east by sec-
tions Nos. 9 and 2 of 11; thence again towards the north by the
last-mentioned section and sections Nos. 1 of 11 and 12, all of
Block I. aforesaid; thence again towards the west by sections
Nos. 46 and 45, Block I. aforesaid; and thence again

Akatore Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north and north-east by the Clarendon
Survey District; thence towards the south-east by the ocean;
thence towards the south-west by the Koaura or Shag Creek;
and thence towards the north-west by Block II., Akatore Survey
District and the Clarendon Survey District aforesaid to the
place of commencement.

Hillingdon Subdivision.
Bounded towards the north-east by the Akatore Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by the
ocean to the mouth of the Tokomairiro River; thence towards
the south-west by the Kaitangata Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the west by sections Nos. 30 and 33,
Block VI., Akatore Survey District; thence towards the south
by the latter section; thence again towards the west by sections
Nos. 24, 25, 26, 1 of 27, 1 of 28, and the western boundary-line
of sections Nos. 41 and 31, all of Block I., Akatore Survey Dis-
