All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded towards the north by a right line due east from the Taieri River to the westernmost corner of section No. 1 of 14, Block V., Otokia Survey District; thence generally towards the north-west by a road forming the south-eastern boundaries of sections Nos. 13, 3 of 11, 10, and 9, Block V. aforesaid; thence by sections Nos. 1 of 25 and 2 of 25; thence across and by a road forming the north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned section and of section No. 24 to section No. 41, Block IV., Otokia Survey District; thence by that section and section No. 46 and a road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 47 to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary-line of section No. 15, Block III., Otokia Survey District aforesaid; thence to and by section No. 15 aforesaid and section No. 16 to the road forming the northern boundary of section No. 17; thence by that road to a point opposite to the south-eastern boundary-line of section No. 2 of 22; thence across that road to the aforesaid boundary-line; thence by sections Nos. 2 of 22 aforesaid, 30, and 1 of 22, Block III. aforesaid; thence by sections Nos. 1 of 25 and 31, Block II., Otokia Survey District aforesaid; thence by section No. 42, Block I., Otokia Survey District aforesaid, and a road forming the north-western boundaries of sections Nos. 2 of 19 and 49; thence by sections Nos. 2 of 16, 1 of 16, and 53, and a road forming the north-eastern boundary of section No. 53 aforesaid; thence by sections Nos. 2 of 17 and 3 of 17 to Block VIII., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence by section No. 1 of 9, Block VIII. aforesaid; thence by sections Nos. 57, 21, 30, 32, 31, 60, and a road forming the southern boundary of section No. 61; thence by section No. 62 to a point on its eastern boundary-line in line with the southern boundary-line of section No. 73, Block VII., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District aforesaid; thence by a right line to and by that section and section No. 40 and its eastern boundary-line produced to the middle of the Main South Road; thence by the Kaikorai Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east and south-east by a line along the middle of Abbott’s Creek and the Kaikorai River; thence by the ocean to the mouth of the Taieri River aforesaid; and thence towards the south-west and west by a line along the middle of that river to the place of commencement.

Kuri Bush Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded towards the north-west by a line along the middle of the Taieri River to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of section No. 7, River Section, Taieri Survey District; thence towards the north-east by a right line to and thence by that section, a district road, and sections Nos. 21, 1 of 23, and 1 of 25, Block II., Otokia Survey District, to the Seaside Road District, hereinbefore described; thence again towards the north-east and towards the south-east by the Seaside Road District aforesaid to the Taieri River aforesaid; and thence towards the south-west by a line along the middle of that river to the place of commencement.

Grey Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded towards the north-west by a line along the middle of the Taieri River and by River Section No. 26, Taieri Survey District; thence towards the north-east and again towards the north-west by the Taieri Road District, hereinbefore described; thence again towards the north-east by the North Taieri and the Kaikorai Road Districts, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east and south-east by the Seaside Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence towards the south-west by the Kuri Bush Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Saddle Hill Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-west by the Taieri Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the north-east by the North Taieri and the Kaikorai Road Districts, hereinbefore described; thence towards the east and south-east by the Seaside Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence towards the south-west by Block I., Otokia Survey District, to the place of commencement.

Otokia Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-west by a line along the middle of the Taieri River and by River Section No. 26, Taieri Survey District; thence towards the north-east and again towards the north-west by the Taieri Road District, hereinbefore described; thence again towards the north-east by the Saddle Hill Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards the south-east by the Seaside Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence towards the south-west by the Kuri Bush Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

BRUCE COUNTY.

Balmoral Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Tuapeka County, from the outflow of Crook Burn into the Clutha River to the north-western corner of section No. 26, Block IX., Waitahuna East Survey District; thence towards the east by section No. 26 aforesaid and section No. 27, Block IX. aforesaid; thence by a road to the north-eastern boundary-line of the Waitahuna Hundred; thence towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by the road along the watershed through Blocks XI., III., and VI., Hillend Survey District aforesaid; thence again towards the east and south-east by a line along the middle of the Main South Road to the Borough of Balclutha; thence towards the south-west and again towards the east by the Borough of Balclutha aforesaid to the Clutha River; and thence again towards the south-west by a line along the middle of that river to the place of commencement.

Waitahuna West Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Tuapeka County; thence towards the south-east and east by the Waitahuna River; and thence towards the south-west by a line along the middle of the Clutha River to the place of commencement.

Hillend Subdivision.

Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Tuapeka County; thence towards the east by sections Nos. 26 and 27, Block IX., Waitahuna East Survey District, and a road to the north-eastern boundary-line of the Waitahuna Hundred; thence towards the south-east and again towards the north-east by the road along the watershed through Blocks XI., III., and VI., Hillend Survey District, to Trig. Station D, Hillend Survey District aforesaid; thence again towards the east and south-east by a line along the middle of the Main South Road to the Borough of Balclutha; thence towards the south-west and again towards the east by the Borough of Balclutha aforesaid to the Clutha River; thence again towards the south-west by a line along the middle of that river to the Waitahuna River; and thence towards the west and again towards the north-west by the Waitahuna West Subdivision, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.

Mount Stuart Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Otago, bounded towards the north-east and north-west by Tuapeka County, from the north-western corner of section No. 26, Block IX., Waitahuna East Survey District, to a point due west from Trig. Station F, Table Hill Survey District; thence towards the north by a right line through Trig. Station F aforesaid to the north branch of the Tokomairiro River; thence towards the east by a line along the middle of that branch and by the Tokomairiro Road District, hereinafter described; thence towards the south-east by the Tokomairiro Road District aforesaid; thence towards the south and south-west by the Crichton Road District, hereinafter described; and thence towards the west by the Balmoral Road District, hereinbefore described, to the place of commencement.
