Stoke Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-east generally by the Borough
of Nelson, from the ocean to the northernmost corner of Section
No. 18, Waimea Survey District; thence by the north-eastern
boundary-line of that section and its production for a distance
of about two miles; thence towards the South-east by a right
line bearing S. 45° W. until it is intersected by a line being
the production of the north-eastern boundary-line of Section
No. 99, Waimea Survey District aforesaid; thence towards the
South-west by that line to the north-eastern boundary-line of
Section No. 99 aforesaid; thence by that section and Sections
Nos. 76, 75, and 77, Waimea Survey District aforesaid, to the
ocean; and thence towards the North-west by the ocean to the
place of commencement.

Richmond Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Stoke Subdivision,
hereinbefore described; thence towards the South-east by the
production of the south-eastern boundary-line of that sub-
division to the River Lee; thence towards the South-west and
West by a line along the middle of that river, the River
Roding, the River Wairoa, and the River Waimea to the
ocean; and thence towards the North-east by the ocean to the
place of commencement.

Suburban North Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east by a right line from a point between
Oananga and Omakau, at Tasman Bay, to the summit of Castor
Peak; thence towards the South-east by Marlborough County
to the northern summit of the Saddle Hill; thence towards the
South-west by a right line to the north-eastern corner of
Section No. 21, Wakapuaka Survey District; thence by Sec-
tions Nos. 54, 35, 34, 31, 25, 26, 27, 61, 60, and 59, Wakapuaka
Survey District aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of the last-
mentioned section; thence by the south-western boundary-line
of Section No. 1 and its production to the Boulder Bank; and
thence towards the North-west by Tasman Bay to the place of
commencement.

Waimea Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the East by the Richmond Road District, hereinbefore
described; thence towards the South-east by a line being the
production of the south-eastern boundary-line of the Richmond
Road District aforesaid for a distance of twelve miles;
thence towards the South by a right line to the south-eastern
corner of Section No. 29, Gordon Survey District; thence by
the southern boundary-line of that section; thence towards the
West by the western boundary-line of section No. 29 aforesaid,
and the summit of the watershed to the northern corner of
Sections Nos. 9 and 12, Wai-iti Hill, Gordon Survey District
aforesaid; thence by a right line to the north-western corner of
Section No. 135, Pigeon Valley, Gordon Survey District afore-
said; thence towards the South-west by a right line to the
southernmost corner of Section No. 103, Wai-iti Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid; thence towards the North-west by the Pangato-
tara Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
North-east and again towards the North-west by the Upper
Moutere Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the North-east by the ocean to the place of commence-
ment.

Upper Motueka Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North by the Pangatotara Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the North-east and South-east
by the Waimea Road District, hereinbefore described, to its
southernmost corner; thence by a right line to the source of
the Motupiko River; thence towards the South-west by
Inangahua County; and thence towards the North-west by
Buller County and Collingwood County to the place of com-
mencement.

Stanley Brook Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-east and South-east by the
Waimea Road District, hereinbefore described, from the Motueka
River to Nicholson's Well; thence towards the South-west
by the summit of the dividing range between Stanley Brook
and the Motueka River to the northernmost corner of Section
No. 52 of Square 6, Wai-iti Survey District; thence again
towards the South-east by that section and Section No. 70
to the Motueka River aforesaid; thence again towards the
South-west and towards the North-west by that river to the
place of commencement.

Tadmor Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Stanley Brook Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence by the Waimea Road
District, hereinbefore described, to its southernmost corner;
thence by a right line to the source of the Motupiko River;
thence towards the South-west and South-east by Inangahua
County to the confluence of the Buller and the Hope Rivers;
thence towards the North-west by a right line to the range at
the source of the Tadmor River; thence by the summit of the
dividing range between the last-mentioned river and the
Motupiko River to the north-western corner of Section No. 87,
Wai-iti Survey District; thence by the northern boundary-line
of that section and its production across the Motueka River;
thence again towards the South-west by that river to the place
of commencement.

Motupiko Subdivision.
Bounded towards the North and North-east by the Pangato-
tara Road District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
East and South-east by the Stanley Brook Subdivision and the
Tadmor Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence towards
the South-west by Inangahua County; and thence towards the
North-west by Buller County and Collingwood County to the
place of commencement.

COLLINGWOOD COUNTY.

Takaka Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North and North-east by the ocean, from the mouth
of the River Pariwhaka-aho, in Section No. 79, Square 13,
Waitapu Survey District, to Carlyle Street, in the Village of
Clifton; thence towards the East by the summit of the spur
between the Village of Clifton aforesaid and Pohara Bay to
Waimea County; thence towards the South-east by that
county to its intersection by a right line drawn between Trig.
Station L and Trig. Station MP; thence towards the South-
west by that line to the latter trig. station; thence by a right
line to Mount Snowdon; thence towards the North-west by
the summit of the watershed to Slate River Peak; and thence
by a right line to the mouth of the Pariwhaka-aho River afore-
said, the place of commencement.

Collingwood Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-west and North by the ocean, from Kahurangi
Point to the Spit End; thence towards the South-east and
North-east by the ocean to the River Pariwhaka-aho; thence
again towards the South-east by the Takaka Road District,
hereinbefore described, to Mount Snowdon; thence towards the
South and South-west by the summit of the watershed to Mount
Domett; and thence by a right line to Kahurangi Point afore-
said, the place of commencement.

AMURI COUNTY.

Amuri Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east, South-east, North, and again towards
the North-east by Marlborough County, from Tophouse to the
confluence of the rivers Gelt and Conway; thence again towards
the South-east by Cheviot County; thence towards the South-
west by Ashley County; and thence towards the North-west
by a right line from the northern bank of Lake Sumner at a
point about two miles from the head of that lake to Mount
Mackay; and thence by Inangahua County to the place of com-
mencement.

CHEVIOT COUNTY.

Cheviot Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east and North-west by Marlborough County;
thence towards the South-east by the ocean to the mouth of
the Hurunui River; thence towards the South by Ashley
County; and thence towards the North-west generally by
Amuri County to the place of commencement.

ASHLEY COUNTY.

Waipara Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Canterbury,
bounded towards the North by the Counties of Cheviot and
Amuri respectively; thence towards the South-east by the
ocean; thence towards the West and South-west by a line along
the middle of the Waipara River and its south branch to its
source; thence by a right line to Block Hill; and thence by
right lines over Ashley Head, Esk Head, and Snowy Peak to the
Teremakau Saddle, at Amuri County aforesaid, the place of
commencement.

Ashley Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Canterbury
bounded towards the South and West by the right bank of the
Ashley River, from the road running between Sections Nos.
1684 and 2673, Rangiora Survey District, to its source; thence
towards the North-west by a right line to Block Hill; thence
towards the North-east by the Waipara Road District, herein-
before described, to the western boundary-line of Section No.
29653, Waipara Survey District; thence towards the South-
east and again towards the North-east by a right line to and
thence by the summit of the range east of Bird's-Eye Creek and
the summit of the range to Mount Grey; thence towards
the East by the eastern boundary-line of a run formerly
No. 194, and now forming part of Run No. 439, Class 2,
