the Hapuka River; thence by the said Hapuka River; thence
again towards the South-east by the ocean to the Clarence
River; thence towards the North-east, North, and North-west
by the said Clarence River to a point due west from Mount

Pokororo Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North by a right line due west from the northern
corner of Section No. 62 of Square No. 9, Motueka Survey Dis-
trict, to Collingwood County; thence towards the North-east by
the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 62 aforesaid,
and the north-eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 56, 57,
22, and 4 of 62 of Square No. 9 aforesaid, Motueka Survey
District; thence across a road to the Motueka River; thence
generally towards the South-east by a line along the middle of
that river to Graham River; thence towards the South-west
by that river to its source; thence by a right line to Trig.
Station L; thence by a right line between the said Trig.
Station L and Trig. Station MP, Mount Arthur Survey Dis-
trict, as far as Collingwood County aforesaid; and thence
towards the North-west by that county to the place of com-
mencement.

Pangatotara Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east and North-west by the Pokororo Road
District, hereinbefore described, from the south-eastern boun-
dary of Collingwood County to a point in line with the north-
eastern boundary-line of Section No. 4 of 62 of Square No. 9,
Motueka Survey District; thence by a line along the middle of
the Motueka River to a point in line with the western side of
the road forming the eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 246,
247, 248, 249, and 250; thence towards the East by a right
line to and thence by that road; thence across a road and by
Sections Nos. 240, 239, 238, 237, 236, across a road, and by
Sections Nos. 235, 234, 232, and 231; thence across a road; thence
towards the South and South-east by Sections Nos. 1 of 1 and
2 of 1 to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section,
all of the aforesaid sections being in the Motueka Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid; thence by a right line to the south-eastern
corner of Section No. 51; thence towards the South-west and
again generally towards the East by Sections Nos. 41, 42, 43, 44,
45, and 47 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence again towards the North-east by a right line to
the north-western corner of Section No. 82; thence again
towards the East by a right line to the southernmost corner of
Section No. 151 of Wai-iti Survey District; thence again
towards the South-east and South-west by Sections Nos. 150,
148, 147, 87, 108, and 139 to the northernmost corner of the
last-mentioned section; thence by a right line to the eastern-
most corner of Section No. 10, Thorpe Suburban; thence by
that section; thence again towards the South-east by Section
No. 10 aforesaid and by Sections Nos. 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2,
and 1, and across a road to the River Dove; thence across
and by the left bank of that river to the north-western
corner of Section No. 88, Wai-iti Survey District aforesaid;
thence by that section to its south-western corner; thence
by a right line to the southernmost corner of Section No.
103; thence again towards the South-west by Section No.
104 and across a road to the Motueka River aforesaid;
thence by a line along the middle of that river to the
mouth of the River Baton; thence towards the South by a
right line due west to Buller County; and thence towards
the North-west by that county and Collingwood County afore-
said to the place of commencement.

Riwaka Road District.

towards the North by Collingwood County; thence towards the
East by the ocean to the mouth of the Motueka River; thence
towards the South-east by a line along the middle of that river
to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of
Section No. 4 of 62 of Square 9, Motueka Survey District;
thence to that boundary-line; thence towards the South by the
Pukororo Road District, hereinbefore described; and thence
towards the North-west by Collingwood County aforesaid to
the place of commencement.

Motueka Road District.

Bounded towards the North-west by the Riwaka Road
District, hereinbefore described; thence towards the East and
South-east by the ocean and the Moutere Mud-flat to the mouth
of the Moutere River; thence by a line along the middle of
that river to a point in line with the southern boundary-line of
Section No. 200 of Square 3, Motueka Survey District; thence
towards the South by a road forming the southern boundary
of that section; thence towards the East by Sections Nos. 5, 9,
11, 28, 2 of 28, and 6 of Square 3 aforesaid; thence by a right
line to the northernmost corner of Section No. 4 of Square 3
aforesaid; thence by that section and Sections Nos. 3, 2, 57, 56,
and 50 of Square 3 aforesaid; thence by a right line to the
westernmost corner of Section No. 82; thence towards the
West generally by the Pangatotara Road District, hereinbefore
described, to the place of commencement.

Lower Moutere Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east by the ocean, from the mouth of the
Moutere River to the south-eastern corner of Section No. 45
of Square 3, Moutere Survey District; thence towards the
South by a road intersecting Section No. 29, and forming the
boundary-line between Sections Nos. 30 and 31A to its junction
with the road forming the eastern boundary-line of Section No.
27; thence by a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section
No. 159; thence by a road forming the southern boundary
of that section and of Section No. 158 to the southernmost
corner of the latter section; thence by a right line to the
northernmost corner of Section No. 94; thence by that section
and Sections Nos. 92 and 90; thence by a right line to the
south-eastern corner of Section No. 84; thence by Sections
Nos. 85, 144, 142, 140, 137, and 75 to the north-western corner
of the last-mentioned section; thence by a right line to the
easternmost corner of Section No. 49 of Square 3, Motueka
Survey District; and thence towards the West and North-west
by the Motueka Road District, hereinbefore described, to the
place of commencement.

Upper Moutere Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North by the Lower Moutere Road District, herein-
before described; thence towards the East and South-east by
the ocean to the north-eastern corner of Section No. 194, Wai-
mea Survey District; thence towards the South-east by Sections
Nos. 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 110, Waimea Survey District afore-
said, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section;
thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section
No. 69, Wai-iti Survey District; thence by a right line to the
north-westernmost corner of Section No. 36, Wai-iti Survey
District aforesaid; thence by that section and Sections Nos.
39, 38, and 37 to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned
section; thence towards the South by a right line to the north-
eastern corner of Section No. 188, Wai-iti Survey District
aforesaid; thence by that section; thence towards the South-
west by the south-western boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 126
and 127 of Square 2, Wai-iti Survey District aforesaid, to the
westernmost corner of the latter section; thence by a right line
to the westernmost corner of Section No. 161 of Square 2 afore-
said; thence by a right line to the southernmost corner of
Section No. 151 of Square 2, Wai-iti Survey District aforesaid;
and thence towards the West and North-west by the Panga-
totara and the Motueka Road Districts, hereinbefore described,
to the place of commencement.

Richmond Road District.

All that area in the Provincial District of Nelson, bounded
towards the North-east generally by the Borough of Nelson,
from the ocean to the northernmost corner of Section No. 18,
Waimea Survey District; thence by the north-eastern boun-
dary-line of that section and its production for a distance of
about two miles; thence towards the South-east by a right line
bearing S. 45° W. until it intersects the River Lee; thence
towards the South-west and West by a line along the middle of
that river, the River Roding, the River Wairoa, and the River
Waimea to the ocean; thence again towards the North-east
and towards the North-west by the ocean to the place of com-
mencement.
