All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 9 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide traversing Te Puatangihua Block, No. 2216. Commencing at a distance of 1935·2 links from the southernmost angle of Tauranga-Kawau Block; and thence running generally south-westerly for a distance of 8059 links to the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a point distant from the south-western angle of that block 1938 links.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 4 acres, being another road-line 100 links wide traversing Te Puatangihua Block aforesaid. Commencing at a distance of 2189·4 links from the south-western angle of the aforesaid block; and thence running north-easterly and south-easterly for a distance of 4001 links to intersect the road above described at a distance of 668·4 links from the southern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 1 rood 26 perches, more or less, being another road-line traversing the above-mentioned block, and varying in width from 115 links to 125 links or thereabouts. Commencing on the road first above described at a distance of 543 links from the southern boundary of Te Puatangihua Block; and thence running south-easterly for a distance of 726 links or thereabouts to the Kaipara River.

WHENUANUI BLOCK, No. 2214, KAIPARA DISTRICT.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the north-eastern portion of the Whenuanui Block. Commencing at a distance of 166 links from Te Puatangihua Stream, a tributary of the Kaipara River, and running in a southerly direction for a distance of 1800 links or thereabouts to Te Kapuai Stream.

TE WHARAU BLOCK, No. 992.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 4 perches, more or less, being a railway-line, the middle of which commences at the railway-bridge over the Waiomio River; thence generally south-westerly and westerly, 2220 links or thereabouts, to a point on the south-western boundary of the Te Wharau Block distant about 530 links from its westernmost angle.

KAIWAKA BLOCK, No. 995.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which commences on the eastern boundary of the Waipapa Block 800 links from the north-eastern angle-peg; thence generally southerly 3342 links to the southern boundary of the said Waipapa Block at a point distant 31 links from its south-eastern angle-peg: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 8 perches, more or less, being a road-line forming a triangle at the south-eastern angle of the Waipapa Block, No. 1,000, being more particularly shown on Block III., Kumeu Survey District: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

KIWITAHl BLOCK, No. 1070.

All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 9 acres, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which commences at a point on the southern boundary of the Kaiwaka Block distant 131 links from its south-eastern angle-peg; thence generally southerly 8981 links to the southern boundary of the Kiwitahi, distant 1209 links westerly from its most southern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide, the middle of which commences at traverse-peg No. 20 on the last-described road, and extends in a westerly direction for a distance of 9681 links to the Kaipara River: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 6 acres and 35 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the eastern portion of the Paeroa Block No. 2. Commencing on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at the place of its intersection by the Kaipara Railway-line; and thence continuing southerly and south-easterly, and contiguous to the aforesaid railway-line, to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, being a road-line traversing the Paeroa No. 1 Block. Commencing on the north-western boundary of the aforesaid block at the place of its intersection by the Auckland and Kaipara Railway-line; and thence continuing southerly and south-easterly, and contiguous to the said railway-line, to the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the eastern portion of the Paeroa No. 1 Block. Commencing at the south-eastern angle of the Paeroa Railway Station Reserve; and thence running generally easterly for a distance of 5800 links or thereabouts to the Kaipara River.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods 4 perches, more or less, being a road 100 links wide traversing the eastern portion of Pahunuhunu Block, No. 2807. Commencing at the south-eastern angle of the block aforesaid at the Kaituna Creek; and thence running northerly and north-westerly for a distance of about 3775 links to the north-western boundary of the same, at a distance of 2339 links from the Kaipara River.

WHAREPAPA No. 2 BLOCK, No. 2806, KAIPARA DISTRICT.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the Wharepapa No. 2 Block, No. 2806. Commencing at the Kaipara River, at the south-eastern angle of the aforesaid block, at a distance of 17742 links or thereabouts from the western boundary of the same; and thence running generally westerly for a distance of 16296 links to the north-western angle of a Native reserve containing 45 acres, laid off within the aforesaid block.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100 links wide, commencing at a distance of 1766 links from the Kaipara River; and thence running north-westerly for a distance of 2871 links to the north-western boundary of the Wharepapa No. 2 Block aforesaid, at a distance of 21 chains or thereabouts from the Waingara Creek, a tributary of the Kaipara River aforesaid.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more or less, and being a road-line traversing the Waitangi Block, No. 3576, in the Kaipara District. Commencing on the north-eastern boundary at a point 264½ links distant from the Waitangi River; and thence continuing south-easterly generally for a distance of 5295 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the southern boundary, and at a distance of 353½ links from the south-eastern angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

Commencing on the western boundary at a point 346½ links distant from the south-western angle; and thence continuing south-easterly and southerly for a distance of 1007 links or thereabouts to its intersection by the southern boundary, and at a point on the same 471 links distant from the south-western angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
