Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of Roads over Lands
in the Auckland Provincial District.

In exercise and pursuance of all powers and authorities
enabling me in this behalf, I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim that the several lines of road described in the Schedule
hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the lands
specified in a warrant of the date given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
24 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, situated in the
Purua Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide
traversing the Maunu No. 1 Block, No. 3743, commencing
at a distance of 3351 links from the north-western angle on
the western boundary. Bounded towards the North-east by
lines, 345.2, 567.7, 773.6, 912, 466.6, 576, 1121, 902.2, 587.6,
1423.6, 789.5, 625, 487.4, 243.7, 2348.5, 1892, 1029, 1017,
368.3, 111.3, and 2544.5 links; towards the South by lines,
432.2, 552.8, 284.7, 576, 112.8, 881, 712.7, 1301, and 976.5
links; towards the West by a line, 119.2 links; towards the
North by lines, 874, 1233, 697, 834, 184, 587, 240, 509, and
358 links; towards the West and South-west by lines, 2658,
386, 1057, 1021, 1927, 2326, 226, 515, 637, 804, 1368, 607,
950, 500, 889, 766.6, 569.7, and 229 links; and again
towards the West by a line, 138.5 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Plan
No. 2938, deposited in the Survey Office, at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 28th November, 1880.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auck-
land, in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasure-
ment 10 perches, more or less, situated in the Ahimate Block,
No. 3583, in the Purua Survey District, and being a portion of
a road-line 100 links wide, commencing at the northern angle
of the Ahimate Block. Bounded towards the East by a line,
119.2 links; towards the South-west by a line, 120.5 links;
and towards the North-west by a road-line, 116 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated
on Plan No. 2938, deposited in the Survey Office at Auckland.
Date of warrant, 25th November, 1880.

AHUKARORO SOUTH BLOCK, No. 4277A.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
2 roods 25 perches, more or less, and being a road-line 100 links
wide traversing the Ahukaroro South Block, No. 4277A, in
the Kaipara District. Commencing at a point on the eastern
boundary a distance of 1383 links or thereabouts from the
north-eastern angle; and thence continuing north-westerly
generally for a distance of about 660 links to its intersection
by the western boundary, and at a point on the same 874
links from the north-western angle: be all the aforesaid link-
ages more or less.

Date of warrant, 15th September, 1881.

HORONGAHEREHERE BLOCK, No. 2655.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
4 acres 1 rood, and being a road-line 100 links wide traversing
the Horongaherehere Block, No. 2655, in the Coromandel Dis-
trict. Commencing at a point on the Horongaherehere Creek
at a distance of about 950 links from its mouth; and thence
continuing north-easterly and northerly for a distance of 4250
links or thereabouts to a point on the Wangapoua Harbour at
a distance of about 2600 links from the mouth of the Waipa-
paka Creek: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
Date of warrant, 3rd June, 1880.

KAITUNA BLOCK, No. 1379, KAIPARA DISTRICT.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
1 acre 3 roods 24 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100
links wide traversing the eastern portion of the Kaituna Block.
Commencing on the north-western boundary, at its intersection
by the Kaituna Stream, a tributary of the Kaipara River; and
thence running about due south for a distance of 1900 links
or thereabouts to the south-eastern boundary of the block
above mentioned.
Date of warrant, 3rd June, 1880.

WHAREPAPA NO. 1. BLOCK, No. 2805, KAIPARA DISTRICT.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
4 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being a road 100 links
wide traversing the eastern portion of the Wharepapa No. 1
Block. Commencing on the south-eastern boundary of the
aforesaid block at a distance of 21 chains or thereabouts from
the Kaipara River; and thence continuing generally in a north-
westerly and northerly direction for a distance of about 4400
links to Te Kapoai Stream, a tributary of the Kaipara River.
Date of warrant, 3rd June, 1880.

TAURANGA-KAWAU BLOCK, No. 2211, KAIPARA DISTRICT.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, containing by admeasurement
2 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, being a road-line 100
links wide traversing the Tauranga-Kawau Block, No. 2211.
Commencing at a distance of 2126 links from the westernmost
angle of the above-mentioned block; and thence running
south-easterly for a distance of 2941 links to the Kaipara River.

Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement
3 roods 32 perches, more or less, being another road-line
traversing a portion of the above-mentioned block. Commencing
on the southern side of the road above described at a distance of
344 links from the Kaipara River; and thence running in a
