NOTICE is hereby given that JOHN PATRICK SPRING, of Dunedin, has been appointed the Manager of the Mount Aurum Gold-Mining Company (Limited), in place of Franz William Frederick Geisow, of Queenstown, resigned. Dated at Queenstown, the 5th December, 1883.

The common seal of the Mount Aurum Gold-Mining Company (Limited) was hereto affixed in the presence of

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registered Office of the Mount Aurum Gold-Mining Company (Limited) is transferred from Ballarat Street, Queenstown, to Princes Street, Dunedin, in the Provincial District of Otago. Dated at Queenstown, the 5th December, 1883.

HAURAKI GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

INCREASE OF CAPITAL.

I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an increase of capital of the above-named Company was, on the 14th day of November, 1883, resolved on.

The mode adopted for the increase is by issuing 10,000 new shares of one pound each, 1s. 1d. per share paid up, in addition to the twenty thousand shares now existing in the company. Five thousand of the shares are to be issued to the proprietors of the Excelsior Licensed Holding for payment of their mine; the remaining five thousand shares to be first offered to the shareholders at a premium of 10s. each, such offer to be open for fourteen days, at the expiration of which the five thousand shares, or any part thereof remaining unsold, to be offered to the public at the same premium; if then unsold, to be dealt with by the Directors, for the purchase of other claim or claims, or to be disposed of as they may determine for the benefit of the Company.
