Mining Notices.
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Cambria Gold-Mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."
- The name of the company is to be the Cambria Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is at Waiotahi, Thames, in the
Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
Zealand, - The registered office of the company will be situated at
the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland,
in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
Zealand. - The nominal capital of the company is thirty-one thou-
sand five hundred pounds sterling, in thirty-one thousand
five hundred shares of one pound sterling each, five shillings
paid up. - The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-one thou-
sand five hundred, being the entire number of shares in the
company. - The number of shares, five shillings each paid up, is
thirty-one thousand five hundred. - The amount already paid up is seven thousand eight
hundred and seventy-five pounds. - The name of the Manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
- The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,

pany as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

The name of the company is to be the Kelly's Terrace
Water-race and Gold-Mining Company (Limited). -
The place of intended operations is at Kelly's Terrace,
near Stafford Town, in the County of Westland. -
The registered office of the company will be situated at
Hokitika, in the County of Westland. -
The nominal capital of the company is fifteen thousand
pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of one pound each. -
The number of shares subscribed for is eleven thousand
two hundred and twenty, being not less than two-thirds of
the entire number of shares in the company. -
The number of shares paid up is three thousand.
