Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Cambria Gold-Mining Company as a Limited
Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Cambria Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Waiotahi, Thames, in the
    Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New
    Zealand,
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Auckland,
    in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New
    Zealand.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is thirty-one thou-
    sand five hundred pounds sterling, in thirty-one thousand
    five hundred shares of one pound sterling each, five shillings
    paid up.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-one thou-
    sand five hundred, being the entire number of shares in the
    company.
  6. The number of shares, five shillings each paid up, is
    thirty-one thousand five hundred.
  7. The amount already paid up is seven thousand eight
    hundred and seventy-five pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is Roderick McDonald Scott.
  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
    holders, and the number of shares held by each at this date,

    true, and by virtue of an Act of the General Assembly of
    New Zealand intituled "The Justices of the Peace Act,
    1866."

the Kelly's Terrace Water-race and Gold-Mining Com-
pany as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The
Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Kelly's Terrace
    Water-race and Gold-Mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Kelly's Terrace,
    near Stafford Town, in the County of Westland.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    Hokitika, in the County of Westland.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is fifteen thousand
    pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of one pound each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is eleven thousand
    two hundred and twenty, being not less than two-thirds of
    the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of shares paid up is three thousand.

  7. The amount already paid up is nil.

  8. The name of the Manager is William Alexander Spence,
    of Hokitika, Commission Agent.

  9. The names and addresses and occupations of the share-
