visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one month from date of
Gazette containing this notice.

  1. SAMUEL ALEXANDER PATRICK.—2 roods 31
    perches, Section 1040 and parts of Sections 1037 and 1039,
    City of Christchurch. Occupied by Applicant.

  2. ROBERT HEATON RHODES.—5 acres and 28
    perches, parts of Rural Sections 1173, 5765, 5815, and 5843,

  3. JANE ELIZABETH GOODALL.—257 acres and

GRIFFITH, of Invercargill, Police Constable, the
registered proprietor of Section 14, Block XII., Town of
East Gore, that the Crown grant for the said section, bearing
date the 10th January, 1880, entered in Register-book, Vol.
xvii., folio 82, has been destroyed by fire, I hereby give notice
that I intend to issue a provisional certificate of title for the
said land to the said Thomas Griffith, unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same within fourteen days from the date of
the publication hereof..
