OTAIKA ROAD DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, com-
mencing at the southernmost angle of the Maunu No. 1
Block, No. 3743. Bounded towards the North-west generally
by part of the south-eastern boundary of the Maunu No. 1
Block aforesaid, the south-eastern boundary of the Maunu
No. 2 Block, No. 3743A, and again by part of the south-
eastern boundary of the Maunu No. 1 Block to the stream
which forms the southern boundary of the Waipuna Nos. 1
and 2 Blocks; thence by said stream, which also forms the
south-eastern boundary of the Waihoanga No. 1 Block, No.
4334, to its intersection by the south-western boundary of
the Tokitaruna and Te Tawa Block, No. 193N; thence by
part of the south-western and south-eastern boundary of the
last-named block to the Hihi Stream, and by that stream to
the south-western boundary of the Whangarei Town District;
and thence by part of the south-western and by the southern
boundary of the Whangarei Town District aforesaid to the
Whangarei Harbour; towards the East by the waters of
Whangarei Harbour aforesaid to the seaward termination of
the southern boundary of the Parish of Maungatapere;
towards the South by part of the southern boundary of that
parish to the south-western angle of Section No. 103; and
towards the West by the western boundary of Section No. 103
aforesaid to its north-western angle; thence by a right line
to the south-western angle of Section No. 81 of that parish;
thence by the western boundary of Section No. 81 aforesaid
to the road at its north-western angle; thence crossing that
road to the south-western angle of Section No. 74, also of
said parish, and by the western boundary of the section last
named and the Otaika River to the southernmost angle of
the Maunu No. 1 Block, the place of commencement.

GLENBERVIE ROAD DISTRICT.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, com-
mencing at the Mangakino River. Bounded towards the
North generally by the northern boundary of the Puketotara
Block, No. 44, part of the western, the northern, and the
eastern boundaries of Te Maruata Block, No. 704, and the
northern and eastern boundaries of the Huanui Block, No.
1296, to the northern boundary-line of the Parish of Para-
haki; and thence Easterly by part of the northern boundary
of that parcel to the middle of the road at the northernmost
angle of Section No. 47 of the Parish of Parahaki aforesaid;
towards the East by the middle of the road before named to
a point on the same, being the termination of a line in pro-
duction in an easterly direction of the southern boundary of
Section No. 39, also of the parish aforesaid; towards the
South by the aforesaid line and the southern boundaries of
Sections Nos. 39 and 38, the crossing of a road-line 100 links
wide, part of the eastern, the southern, and part of the
western boundaries of Section No. 30, the crossing of another
road of width aforesaid, the northern and part of the western
boundaries of Section No. 32, the southern boundary of Sec-
tion No. 20, the crossing of another road of width aforesaid,
and the southern boundary-line of Section No. 19, all of the
Parish of Parahaki aforesaid, to the Mangakino River before
named; and thence crossing that river and continuing
southerly along its western bank to its confluence with the
Otangarei Stream; towards the South-west by the middle of
the Otangarei Stream to the place of its first intersection
by the eastern boundary of a portion of the subdivision of
Mair's grant containing 207 acres, more or less, and being
the property of one John Gordon; thence by the eastern and
north-eastern boundaries of that portion of the subdivision of
Mair's grant aforesaid and the north-eastern boundary of
another portion of the aforesaid subdivision containing 163
acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, and being the property
of one George Burnett, to the north-western boundary of
Mair's grant aforesaid; and towards the North-west generally
by part of the north-western boundary of Mair's grant afore-
said to a point on the same being the termination of a right
line in continuance of the middle of the road which forms
the south-western boundary of Section No. 7 of the Parish of
Whangarei; thence by the right line aforesaid to the middle
of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Sec-
tion No. 7 aforesaid, and by the middle of that road continued
to the middle of the road which forms the north-eastern
boundary of the section last named; and thence continuing
along the midle of the last-described road to the Waitaua
River; and thence by that river and the Mangakino River
aforesaid to the northern boundary of the Puketotara Block
first mentioned, the place of commencement.

OTONGA EAST ROAD DISTRICT.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North by the southern boundary of Te
Wairahi Block, No. 31.5, from its south-western angle to the
Whananaki Inlet, and by the waters of that inlet to the south
head at the entrance; towards the East by Sandy Bay from
the place above described to the north-eastern angle of Block
XIII., Opuawhanga Survey District; and thence by the
eastern boundary of Block XIII. aforesaid to its south-
eastern angle; towards the South by the southern boundaries
of Blocks XIII., XII., and XI., Opuawhanga Survey Dis-
trict aforesaid, to the south-western angle of the latter
block; towards the South-west by part of the north-eastern
boundary of the Hikurangi Road District to the south-
eastern boundary of the Otonga Road District, as described
in Gazette No. 42, of the 18th May, 1883, page 643; and towards
the North-west by the south-eastern boundary of the Otonga
Road District aforesaid to Trig. Station F; and thence
by a right line northerly to the south-western angle of Te
Wairahi Block, No. 315, first mentioned, the place of com-
mencement.

MAUNU ROAD DISTRICT.
Amended Boundaries.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North by the Mangare River from its
confluence with the Wairua River to the Pahi-wairua
Stream; thence towards the North-west by that stream to
the Mirowhakatiki Block; thence towards the North-east by
that block and the Maruarua Block to the south-eastern
corner of the latter; thence by a right line to the western-
most corner of the Whauwhau Block; and thence by the
Whangarei Road District, as described in Gazette No. 42,
of the 18th May, 1883, page 644, and part of the south-
western boundary of the Town District of Whangarei to the
Hihi Stream; towards the South-east generally by the Hihi
Stream aforesaid to the line forming part of the south-
eastern boundary of the Tokitaruna and Te Tawa Block, No.
193N; thence by that line and the line which forms the
south-western boundary of the block last named to its inter-
section by the stream which forms the eastern boundary of
the Waihoanga No. 1 Block, No. 4334; thence by that stream,
which also forms the southern boundary of the Waipuna
Nos. 2 and 1 Blocks, to its intersection by the south-eastern
boundary of the Maunu No. 1 Block, No. 3743; thence by
part of the south-eastern boundary of that block to the
south-eastern boundary of the Maunu No. 2 Block, and again
by the part of the south-eastern boundary of the Maunu
No. 1 Block to its southernmost angle; thence by the Otaika
River to the western boundary of Section No. 74 of the
Parish of Maungatapere, and by that boundary to the road
at its southern side; thence crossing that road to the north-
western angle of Section No. 81, also of the Parish of Maunga-
tapere aforesaid, and by the western boundary of the latter
section to its south-western angle; thence by a right line to
the north-western angle of Section No. 103 of the Parish of
Maungatapere aforesaid; and thence by the north-western
boundary of that section to its south-western angle; towards
the South-west by part of the south-western boundary of the
Parish of Maungatapere to the westernmost corner of Section
No. 113 of the Parish of Maungakaramea, Tangihua Survey
District, and a right line to the Wairua River aforesaid at
Wharekohi; and thence towards the North-west by that
river to the place of commencement.

WHANGAREI ROAD DISTRICT.
Amended Boundaries.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North by the southern boundary of the
Kaurihohore Road District, as described in Gazette No. 42,
of the 18th May, 1883, page 643, from the southernmost
angle of Section No. 114 of the Parish of Whangarei to the
middle of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary
of Section No. 12 of said parish; towards the East generally
by the middle of that road to the middle of the road which
forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 7 of said
parish, and by the middle of the latter road continued to the
middle of the road which forms the south-western boundary
mentioned road produced south-easterly to the north-western
boundary of Mair's grant; thence South-westerly by the
north-western boundary of Mair's grant aforesaid to the
Otangarei Stream, and by that stream to the northernmost
corner of a portion of a subdivision of Mair's grant aforesaid
