296, 405, 307, 275, 336, 470, 496, 340, 404, 321, and 362 links,
and by, the Mangataraire Block 251, 417, 665, 428, 590, 338,
707, 1565, 331, 224, 390, 328, and 679 links; towards the
East and North-east by the Pukewharariki Block 6761, 465,
661, 182, 415, 302, 396, 1342, 370, 3130, and 3006 links; and
towards the South and South-west by the Punakitere Block
and lines, 603, 10631, 6600, 721, 10841, 2430, and 1141 links.
Save and excepting 2,071 acres, more or less, now held in
freehold tenure by the Crown.
RANGIURU.
All that parcel of land in the Maketu District, in the
Provincial District of Auckland, known by the name of
Rangiuru, containing by estimation 40,000 acres. Boundaries
commencing at the junction of the Kaituna and Waiari
Rivers; thence up the said Kaituna River to Tapuika back
tribal boundary in the forest; along the said boundary to its
junction with the Waiari River; thence down the said river
to its junction with the Kaituna River, the starting-point.
Save and excepting 2,600 acres, more or less, now held in
freehold tenure by the Crown.
KAIKOKOPU.
All that parcel of land in the Maketu and Waihi Districts
known by the name of Kaikokopu, containing by admeasure-
ment 36,709 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the
North and East by the Waihi Lagoon and Pongakawa River;
towards the South by lines, 38650 links; and towards the
West by the Kaikokopu River to the Waihi Lagoon, the
point of commencement. Save and excepting the portions
now known as Pukeroa No. 2 and Kaikokopu No. 1, contain-
ing 20,438 acres and 14,676 acres respectively, more or less,
and which have been acquired in freehold tenure by the
Crown.
ALLOTMENT No. 39, PARISH OF MATATA.
All that parcel of land in the Bay of Plenty District, in
the Provincial District of Auckland, known as Allotment
No. 39, Parish of Matata, containing by admeasurement
13,675 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the North by
Allotments Nos. 31, 42, 41, and 40, and by a line, 60925
links; towards the East and South by the Tarawera River
and the confiscation boundary-line, 105852 links; and
towards the West by Allotment No. 63, 36930 links. Save
and excepting 6,837 acres, more or less, now held in freehold
tenure by the Crown.
MAUNGAWARU.
All that parcel of land in the Waiapu District, in the
Provincial District of Auckland, known by the name of
Maungawaru, containing by estimation 15,000 acres, more or
less. Bounded as follows: Commencing at Te Whakaouwai;
thence to Te Manukaioneone; thence by the line of Waita-
haia to the Motu River; thence by Te Putihi, Kokopuma-
toara, Pongawhakairo, Kauaeoteparaca, Mangaoatu, Manga-
ehu, Mangaratata, Te Mata; thence to Whakoauwai, the
starting point. Save and excepting 2,861 acres, more or less,
known as Maungawaru No. 1, now held in freehold tenure
by the Crown.
OTAIRI.
All that block or parcel of land in the Wanganui District,
in the Provincial District of Wellington, known by the name
of Otairi, containing by estimation 100,000 acres. Boundaries
commencing at Te Kie Kie; thence to Okota; thence to Te
Whakaroro; thence to Ratahauhau; thence to Piha; thence
in a north-easterly direction to Pukeroa; thence to Manga-
papa; thence along the Mangapapa Stream to its junction
with Mangaone at Kumuiti; thence to Mangatewheka;
thence along the Rangitikei River to Te Rata; thence to
Oao; thence to Ohingaiti; and thence to Te Kei Kei, the
starting point. Save and excepting two several parcels
known as Otairi No. 1A and Otairi No. 2A, containing 14,694
acres and 4,140 acres respectively, more or less, now held in
freehold tenure by the Crown.
MANAWATU No. 7, OR RAKAIATAI.
All that parcel of land in the Seventy-Mile Bush District,
in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, known by the
name of Manawatu No. 7, or Rakaiatai, containing by ad-
measurement 7,350 acres or thereabouts. Bounded on the
North by the Manawatu No. 6, or Tuatua, Block; on the
East by the Manawatu River; on the South and South-west
by the Manawatu No. 4B, or Otanga, and the Manawatu
No. 3, or Te Ohu, Blocks; and again on the West by the
Manawatu No. 5, or Ngamoko, Block. Save and excepting
4,350 acres, more or less, now held in freehold tenure by the
Crown.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this seventeenth day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the places mentioned in the second column of the Schedule
hereto as and to be the places at which Public Vaccinators appointed for the districts mentioned in the first column of the
said Schedule shall attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that
such Public Vaccinators will attend at the places aforesaid, for the purpose of performing such vaccination, on the day and
at the hour set forth in the third column of the said Schedule opposite the name of such place; and further, that at such
places as last aforesaid the Public Vaccinator will attend, for the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the
persons so vaccinated, on the day and at the hour respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite
the name of such places.
