NATIVE LAND COURT NEW ZEALAND WHANGANUI DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Marton, in the said district, on the 2nd day of August,
1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district and known
as "Rangatira":
And in the matter of the application of Kawana Hunia and others for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
Dated this 16th day of January, 1883.
