oti nei te tuku mai ki ahau mo taua mahi ka whakakahore nei i taua tono.
He mea tuhituhi i te 16 o nga ra o Hamuere, 1883.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND, WHANGANUI DISTRICT.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Marton, in the said district, on the 2nd day of August,
1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and
known as "Rangatira:"
And in the matter of the application of Tapita Matina and others for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf, do hereby dismiss such application.
Dated this 16th day of January, 1883.
