IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Ohinemutu, in the said district, on the 10th day of
August, 1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district
and known as "Mangorewa Kaharoa":
And in the matter of the application of Toi Te Koata, for a rehearing upon such claim:
I John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
