I N the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Carterton, in the said district, on the 28th day of
September, 1882, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district
and known as "Ngatarahanga" :

And in the matter of the application of Hoera Whakataha for a rehearing upon such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.

Dated this 16th day of January, 1883.

Na ko ahau ko Hone Eruini Meketanara, te Tumuaki Kaiwhakawa o taua Kooti, i runga i te mana kua
otii te tuku mai ki ahau mo taua mahi, ka whakakahore nei i taua tono.
