Description of Trade Mark.
The representation of a globe surmounted by a
lion and pierced through horizontally with a double-
ended bolt, the nuts of which show on each side of
the globe. Underneath the globe is a ribbon bearing
the inscription "Globe and Lion."

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.
Bar iron, railway-chairs, fish-plates, sole-plates,
fish-bolts, fang-bolts, spikes, and all other kinds of
railway-fastenings; also every description of bolts and

the word "Symonia" on a band across it; above this
word is a shield bearing a lion rampant, and on

No. 2 is the fac-simile signature of the firm, "Jno.
Symons & Co.," beneath the word "Symonia."
