HAVING considered the application of Paiura Te Rangikatatu and others in this behalf, received by me
on the 7th day of August, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the block of land called Mokakatino
Parininihi, in the District of Mokau, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Waitara, on the 22nd
day of June, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act,
1880," dismiss the same.

te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880, ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

of March, 1882, and received by me on the 15th day of June, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to
the block of land called Whitikau, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Opotiki on the 16th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
