HAVING considered the application of R. W. Haapu in this behalf, dated the 25th day of March, 1882,
and received by me on the 15th day of April, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim for the subdivision of
the block of land called Pouawa, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Gisborne, on the 4th day of March, 1882, and subsequent days, I hereby, in pursuance of the
authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

HAVING considered the application of Tupoki Ngapiko in this behalf, dated the 25th day of July, 1882,
and received by me on the 1st day of August, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the block of land
called Mohakatino Parininihi, in the District of Mokau, which was decided by the Native Land Court at
Waitara on the 22nd day of June, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court, 1880," dismiss the same.
