Whitikau i te takiwa o Pei o Pereti, he mea tuhituhi mai taua tono i te 24 o nga ra o Akuhata, 1882,
i tae mai nei ki ahau i te 31, o nga ra o Akuhata, 1882, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua
Maori ki Opotiki, i te 16 o nga ra o Tihema, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te Ture
Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880, ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.

H AVING considered the application of Tawhiro, and others in this behalf, dated the 20th day of April,
1882, and received by me on the 15th day of June, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the block of
land called Whitikau No. 1, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Land Court at
Opotiki, on the 16th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The
Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

i te 16 o nga ra o Tihema, 1881, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te Ture Kooti Whenua
Maori, 1880, ka wkakakorea e ahau taua tono.

Whitikau No. 1, and Nukuroa No. 2, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Native
Land Court at Opotiki, on the 16th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given
to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

was decided by the Native Land Court at Opotiki on the 16th day of December, 1881, I hereby, in
pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.
