NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, under the firm of “Kirk and Crompton,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will be carried on by the undersigned Thomas Crompton, by whom all debts will be paid, and by whom all accounts owing to the firm are to be received.

THE Pigeon Bay Road Board hereby give notice to all to whom it may concern that it is proposed, under “The Public Works Act, 1876,” to take the land hereinafter more particularly described for the purpose of a Public Highway, and that a plan showing the said proposed road is now deposited for inspection at the office of the said Road Board, situate at Pigeon Bay; and that in pursuance of the said Act the said plan is open for inspection by all persons: and the said Road Board hereby calls upon all persons affected to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Chairman of the said Pigeon Bay Road Board.
