Hakateramea -Bounded towards the North and

Licensing Districts and the Geraldine County;
towards the North-west by Geraldine County; towards

WAITAKI COUNTY.

Moeraki.-Bounded towards the North by the
Kakanui River and Island Stream; towards the West
by the western boundary of the Otepopo Survey
District and the production of it to the Waikouaiti
County boundary; towards the South-west by the
Waikouaiti County; and towards the East by the
ocean: exclusive of the Borough of Hampden.

Otekaika-Bounded towards the North-west by
Westland County; towards the North-east by Geral-
dine and Waimate Counties; towards the East by the
Maruwenua, Kakanui, and Otepopo Hundreds, and
the Moeraki Licensing District to Waikouaiti County
boundary; ; towards the West and South-west by
Moeraki Hundred, Waikouaiti County, Maniototo
County, and Vincent County to the place of com-
mencement.

Papakaio. Bounded towards the North by the
Waimate County; towards the South-east by the
ocean; towards the South by the Town of Oamaru;
towards the West by Oamaru Stream to the northern
boundary of Block XIII., Oamaru Survey District;
thence due west to Block VIII., Awamoko Survey
District; thence due north to the main Waitaki
Road; thence westerly along the centre of road-line
to Section No. 22, Block I., same district; and
towards the West by the western boundaries of
Block I. and part of Block 4, Awamoko Survey Dis-
trict, to the place of commencement.

Waiareka. Bounded towards the North-east and
East by Papakaio Licensing District and the Town of
Oamaru; towards the South by the Main North Road
to the Awamoko Stream, in Section No. 23, Block IV.,
Oamaru Survey District; thence by said stream to
northern boundary of said block; thence due west
by block boundary to Waiareka Stream; thence up
said stream to north-east boundary of Block IX.,
Oamaru Survey District; thence due west to Kaka-
nui River; thence round south-west corner of Block
XIV., Oamaru Survey District, to south-east corner
of Block III., Kauroo Survey District; thence up
to the Kakanui River to south-west corner of Section
No. 25, Block X., Awamoko Survey District; thence
due north by block boundary to Rakis Table; thence
due west to Kauroo Licensing District; and towards
the North by said Kauroo Licensing District to the
starting point.

Kauroo. Bounded towards the North-east by the
Waitaki River; thence towards the East by Papa-
kaio Licensing District; towards the South by the
watershed of the Awamoko Downs to a point due
west of Rakis Table; thence generally towards the
North-east by the Waiareka and Kakanui Licensing
Districts; again towards the South by Kakanui
River; and towards the West by Otekaika Licensing
District to the place of commencement.

Kakanui. Bounded towards the North by the
Waiareka Licensing District and the Town of
Oamaru; towards the East by the ocean; and towards
the South and West by the Kakanui River to the
place of commencement.

WAIKOUAITI COUNTY.

Dunback. Bounded towards the North-east by
Waitaki County, from Kakanui Peak to the north-
west boundary of Block XV., Moeraki Survey Dis-
trict; towards the South-east by said Block XV., the
Shag River, and McCormick Creek; towards the
South and South-west by the said creek; towards
the North-west by the north-western boundary of
Section No. 15, Block IV., Dunback Survey District;
again towards the South-west by south-western boun-
daries of Blocks IV. and III., Dunback Survey Dis-
trict; towards the South by the northern boundary
of the Dunback Survey District; thence southerly
along the western boundary of said survey district;
towards the South by the southern boundary of the
Budle Survey District to the Taieri County; towards
the West by Taieri and Maniototo Counties; and
towards the North-west by the latter county to the
place of commencement.

Palmerston.-Bounded towards the North-east by
Waitaki County; towards the South-east by the
ocean to the Pleasant River; towards the West and
South-west by that river and the Main North Road
to the southern boundary of the Town of Palmerston;
towards the South by the southern boundary of the
Town of Palmerston and the Moeraki and Dunback
Survey Districts; towards the West, North, North-
east, and North-west by Dunback Licensing District
to the place of commencement.

Hawksbury. Bounded towards the North by the
southern boundaries of the Dunback and Palmerston
Licensing Districts; towards the East by the Palmers-
ton Licensing District; towards the South-east by
the ocean to Waikouaiti River; towards the South-
west by the said river and its north branch to south
boundary of Run 171; towards the South-east and
South-west by pre-emptive right, Run 171A; towards
the South by Run 171A; and towards the West and
South-west by the Taieri County to the place of com-
mencement.

Merton. Bounded towards the North and North-
east by Hawksbury Licensing District; towards the
South-east by the ocean; towards the South by the
northern boundary of Block II., North Harbour and
Blueskin Survey District; thence due west to the
southern branch of the Waikouaiti River; towards
the West and North-west by the said river; and
towards the South by the northern boundaries of
Blocks IX. and X., Waikouaiti, and Block V., Silver
Peak Survey Districts, and again towards the West
by the Taieri County to the place of commencement:
exclusive of the Borough of Port Chalmers.

Blueskin. Bounded towards the North by Merton
Licensing District and the ocean; towards the East
by the Waikouaiti River, the ocean, and Otago Har-
bour; towards the South by the Otago Harbour;
towards the South-west by Sawyer's Bay Survey
District, and Sections Nos. 76, 77, 78, and 79, Block
VII., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District;
towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 74 and 75
of said Block VII.; again towards the South by Sec-
tions Nos. 74 and 56 of said Block VII. to the Main
North Road; again towards the West by the Main
North Road; again towards the South by Section
No. 1, Block VII., said North Harbour and Blueskin
Survey District, and northern boundary of Block
XII., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District;
again towards the West, South-west, North-west, and
South by Block III., North Harbour and Blueskin
Survey District, and the same boundary continued
westward to county boundary; and towards the
West by Taieri County to the place of commence-
ment: exclusive of the Borough of Port Chalmers.

North-East Valley. Bounded towards the North
by the southern boundary of Block XI., Waikouaiti
Licensing District, and that boundary continued west-
ward to the county boundary; towards the North,
East, and North-east by the Blueskin Licensing Dis-
trict; towards the South-east by Otago Harbour;
