towards the North-west by the county boundary;
towards the South by the northern boundary of
Block VIII., North Harbour and Blueskin Survey
District; and towards the South-west by the county
boundary, being a line joining the Swampy Hill and
Silver Peak to the place of commencement.

MANIOTOTO COUNTY.

St. Bathans.—Bounded towards the North by
Waitaki County; towards the East by the eastern
boundary of Run No. 228 and Manuherikia River
to its confluence with the Lauder Stream; thence
towards the South-west and North-west by the
County of Vincent to the place of commencement.

Idaburn.—Bounded towards the North and North-
east by Waitaki County to a point due north of
the western branch of the Kyeburn River; towards
the East by a line due south to said river, and by its
centre to the confluence with the Taieri River;
towards the South by the Taieri River and Gimmer-
burn; towards the West and South-west by Vincent
County; and towards the North-west by the St.
Bathan's Licensing District to the place of commence-
ment.

Kyeburn.—Bounded towards the North and East
by the Waitaki County to Kakanui Peak; towards
the South-east by Waikouaiti County to the conflu-
ence of the Horseburn with the Taieri River; again
towards the East by the Taieri River; towards the
South by Taieri County, being the division-line be-
tween Runs Nos. 205 and 213A; towards the West
by the boundary of Run No. 205 and the Idaburn
Licensing District to the place of commencement.

Puketo.—Bounded towards the North by Idaburn
Licensing District; towards the East by Kyeburn
Licensing District; towards the South-east by Taieri
County to Lammerlaw; and towards the West and
North-west by Vincent County to the place of com-
mencement.

TUAPEKA COUNTY.

Teviot.—Bounded towards the North and East by
Vincent County and Maniototo County to Lammer-
law Top; thence towards the South by the southern
boundary of Run No. 200 to the Clutha River; thence
by the centre of the Clutha River to the north-east
corner of Block I., Benger Survey District; thence
along the northern boundaries of Blocks I. and IV.
of that district; thence by the boundary of Run No.
369 to Mount Benger; thence around and including
Run No. 368 to Whitecombe; and towards the West
by County of Southland to the place of commence-
ment.

James.—Bounded towards the North by Teviot
Licensing District to a point due east of trig. station
on Spylaw Summit; thence by block-line to Spylaw;
thence by southern boundary-line of Block VI., Ben-
ger District, to a point due north of the eastern boun-
dary of Tapanui Hundred; thence due south to and
along the eastern boundary of said hundred to Trig.
Station L; thence in a south-westerly direction along
boundary of said hundred to Trig. Station T; thence
along the north-eastern, northern, and north-western
boundaries of the Crookston Hundred to the Poma-
haka River; and towards the West by Clutha and
Southland Counties to the place of commencement.

Tapanui.—Bounded towards the North and North-
west by James and Teviot Licensing Districts, from
Spylaw to Lammerlaw Top; thence by the eastern
boundaries of Runs Nos. 170 and 137 to the Main
Interior Road; thence along the said road to southern
boundary of Beaumont Survey District; thence along
the said boundary to Clutha River; thence by the said
river to Clutha County; thence towards the South
and West by said Clutha County; and again towards
the North by James Licensing District to the place
of commencement.

Brown's.—Bounded towards the North by Tapanui
Licensing District; towards the North-east by the
Main Interior Road to boundary of Township of
Lawrence; thence by western and southern boun-
daries of said township to the Break-neck Road;
thence towards the East by that road and its exten-
sion on towards Tuapeka Mouth to Bruce County;
thence towards the South-west by Bruce County to
the Clutha County; and towards the West by the
centre of the River Clutha to the place of com-
mencement.

Gabriel's.—Bounded towards the North-east by
Taieri County; towards the East by the eastern
boundary of Run No. 353c and Waipori River to the
western boundary of Run No. 51; thence by the said
western boundary of Run No. 51 to the Waipori
Road; thence westerly along said road to a point due
north of Trig. Station L; thence due south through
said trig. station to south-east corner of Block X.,
Tuapeka East District; thence due west to south-
west corner of Section No. 42, Block X.; thence in
a southerly direction by a road-line to the eastern
corner of Section No. 183, Block II., Tuapeka East
District; thence in a south-westerly direction along
the boundaries of Sections Nos. 183 and 182 of said
Block II. to Main Interior Road; thence by said
road to boundary of Township of Lawrence; thence
by eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries
of said township to the Beaumont Road; thence by
the said road to where it crosses the Tuapeka Stream
at Evans Flat; thence by said stream and boundary
of Tapanui Licensing District to the place of com-
mencement.

Waitahuna.—Bounded towards the North by
Gabriel's Licensing District to south-east corner of
Block X., Tuapeka East; thence due north to southern
boundary of Run No. 52c; thence towards the West by
the Gabriel's Licensing District to the Waipori Road;
thence by said road to the western boundary of Run
No. 51; thence by Run No. 52c to the Waitahuna
River; thence towards the North and North-east by
the Waitahuna River; thence by a line due west to
the Waitahuna Hill; thence towards the South-east,
South-west, and again towards the South-east, and
again towards the South-west by the Bruce County;
and towards the North-west by Brown's Licensing
District to the place of commencement.

PENINSULA COUNTY.

Peninsula.—Bounded towards the North-west by
Otago Harbour to Section No. 13, Upper Harbour,
East Survey District; thence by southern boundary
of said section, and by the western and southern
boundaries of Section No. 71; again towards the
West by said section; thence by the northern
boundary of Section No. 63, Block II., Otago Penin-
sula; thence by the south-western boundary of Sec-
tion No. 62 of said block to the Main Portobello
Road; thence by said road to the westernmost
corner of Section No. 52, Block III., Otago Peninsula;
thence by the south-western boundary of said section
to the ocean; towards the South by the ocean; and
towards the West by the Taieri County.

Portobello.—Bounded towards the North-west by
Otago Harbour; towards the East and South by the
ocean; and towards the West by the Peninsula
Licensing District.

TAIERI COUNTY.

Otakia.—Bounded towards the North-west by the
Taieri River, the northern and eastern boundaries of
Town of Greytown, the centre of Main South Road,
and that road continued to the west boundary of
the Green Island South Survey District; thence by
