again towards the North-west by the Waipori River
and Waipori Lake.

East Taieri.— Bounded towards the South-east by
the Main South Road; towards the North-east by
the road forming the north-east boundaries of Blocks
I. and VII., Taieri District; thence by the road run-
ning through Sections Nos. 1, 2, and 3, Block XI.,
Taieri, to the easternmost corner of Section No. 10
of said block; thence by a road forming the eastern
boundaries of said Section No. 10, and Sections Nos.
4 and 10, Block XVI., of the said district; thence by
a road forming the north-western boundary of said
Section No. 10, the boundary between Sections Nos.
57 and 56, Irregular Block, the north-west boundary
of last-mentioned section; thence by the boundary
between Sections Nos. 26 and 26A, Block I., Dun-
edin and East Taieri; thence by the road form-
ing the eastern boundaries of Section No. 14 of
said block, and the boundary-line between Sections
Nos. 12, 11, and 15, 16, 37, to the Taieri River; and
towards the West by the Taieri River and the
northern and eastern boundaries of the Town of
Greytown.

North Taieri.—Bounded towards the West by the
Taieri River and the East Taieri Licensing District;
towards the South-east by the Main South Road;
towards the East by the eastern boundary of the
Taieri Road District to Silverstream; thence by
Silverstream to the northern boundary of the
Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; and
towards the North by said district and a line in
continuation of its northern boundary to the Taieri
River.

Maungatua.—Bounded towards the South by Bruce
County; towards the West by Tuapeka County;
towards the North by Lees Stream; and towards the
South-east by Outram Licensing District.

Deep Stream.—Bounded towards the North-west
and North by the Maniototo County; towards the
East by Waikouaiti County; towards the South by
North Taieri, Outram, and Maungatua Licensing Dis-
tricts; and towards the South-west by Mount Stuart,
Waitahuna, and Gabriel's Licensing Districts.

Kaikorai.—Bounded towards the North by the
boundary of the Dunedin and East Taieri Survey
District; towards the East by the Boroughs of Maori
Hill, Roslyn, Mornington, and Caversham; towards
the South by the ocean to the Kaikorai River; thence
towards the West by that river; towards the South
by the Otokia Licensing District; and towards the
North-west by the North Taieri Licensing District:
exclusive of the Borough of Green Island.

BRUCE COUNTY.

Kaitangata.—Bounded towards the North-east by
Tokomairiro River and Survey District; towards the
South-east by the ocean; towards the West by the
Matau River and Kaitangata Creek to the north-west
angle of Section No. 3, Block I., South Tuakitoto
Survey District; thence on the north-west by a boun-
dary-line between Sections Nos. 3 and 4 of said Block
I., said Tuakitoto Survey District; thence on the
north-west by a boundary-line between Sections Nos.
3 and 4 of said Block I., and said line continued to
the watershed; thence by the said watershed to Two-
Stone Hill; thence by a straight line to Trig. Station

J; thence by the eastern boundaries of Blocks V. and
II., and by Sections Nos. 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30,
31, 32, and 33, Block I., Kaitangata Survey District,
to the place of commencement.

Matau.—Bounded towards the North by Section
4, Block X., South Tuakitoto District, and Sections
Nos. 6, 17, 18, and 19, Block I., Hillend Survey Dis-
trict; towards the West by the Great South Road
and the Town of Balclutha; towards the South-west
by the Matau River; towards the East by the Kaita-
ngata Lake and the Tuakitoto Lake to the place of
commencement.

Mount Stuart.—Bounded towards the North-west
by the County of Tuapeka, from Mount Stuart
(Trig. P) along the watershed to Taieri County;
towards the North by the said county; towards the
East by the north-western boundaries of Sections
Nos. 10, 3, 4, and 1, Waipori Survey District, Sec-
tions Nos. 22, 21, 18, 10, and 7, Block IX., Clarendon
Survey District; thence by the eastern branch of the
Tokomairiro River to the northern boundary of Sec-
tion No. 2, Block II., Table Hill Survey District, by
said boundary, and by western boundaries of Sections
Nos. 1, 56, 50, and 49 of said block to the Tokomai-
riro Survey District; thence by Blocks XXII. and
XXIV. of the said Tokomairiro Survey District to
the Tokomairiro River; thence down the said river
and by the Main South Road to Section No. 6, Block
III., North Tuakitoto Survey District; thence by a
right line to southern corner of Section No. 38,
Block VII., Hillend Survey District; thence by the
watershed west of Lovell's Creek to the Waitahuna
East Survey District; thence towards the North-
west by said Waitahuna East Survey District to the
place of commencement.

Clarendon.—Bounded towards the North-east by
the Taieri County; towards the East by the ocean;
towards the South by the Akatore Survey District to
the centre of the Main South Road; thence towards
the West by centre of said road to Section No. 9,
Block I., Waihola Survey District; towards the
South-west by the north-eastern boundaries of Sec-
tions Nos. 10, 3, and 2 of said Block I.; towards the
North-west by Application 2130; thence by Block I.,
Table Hill Survey District, to the north branch of
the Tokomairiro River; and towards the West by the
Mount Stuart Licensing District to the place of
commencement.

Balmoral.—Bounded towards the North-east by
the Waitahuna Hundred-line to the Waitahuna
River; thence up said river to the boundary of Run
No. 94, now known as north-east boundary of Block
IX., Waitahuna East Survey District; thence along
said boundary to boundary of Mount Stuart Licensing
District; thence by said boundary to the Main South
Road where it intersects Section No. 3, Block X.,
North Tuakitoto Survey District; thence by said
Section No. 3 and Sections Nos. 2 and 1 of said Block
X.; thence by Section No. 16, Block XXXVIII.,
Tokomairiro Survey District, and Section No. VIII.,
Block IV., North Tuakitoto Survey District, to its
north-eastern angle; thence by a right line through
Trig. Station H to the south-western angle of Sec-
tion No. 24, Block II., Kaitangata Survey District;
thence by said Section No. 24; thence by a right line
to Mount Misery; thence towards the East and
South by the Kaitangata Licensing District; towards
the West by the Kaitangata Creek, the east shores
of Kaitangata and Tuakitoto Lakes; again towards
the North and West by latter lake to the Matau
Licensing District; thence by said licensing district
and Borough of Balclutha to the Clutha River; and
towards the North-west by the said river to the place
of commencement.

Tokomairaro.—Bounded towards the North and
North-east by the Clarendon Licensing District;
