THE MANAWATU BOILING-DOWN AND CURING
COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
above Company will be held at the offices of Messrs.
Palmerson and Scott, the Square, Palmerston North,
on Friday, the 17th February, 1882, at the hour of
4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of con-
sidering an account to be laid before them by the
Liquidator, showing the manner in which the wind-
ing-up of the affairs of the Company has been con-
ducted and the property of the Company disposed
of; and, if approved of, to pass the following reso-
lution: "That the affairs of the Company have been
fairly wound up."

the said Frances Windere Hamilton retiring there-
