NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between us,
the undersigned ADOLPHUS FREDERICK TENNEY
and ANDREW MCLAURIN, as Saw-millers, at Kaikoura,
in the Provincial District of Marlborough, under the
style or firm of "Tenney, McLaurin, and Company,"
has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by the
said Andrew McLaurin, by whom all debts due by
the late firm will be paid, and to whom all debts due
to the late firm should be paid, his receipt for the
same being a sufficient discharge.

Dated this 28th day of December, 1881.
