Returning Officer, &c., Outram Town District, ap-
pointed.

Colonial Secretary's Office,
Wellington, 6th February, 1882.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to
appoint

DAVID MURRAY, Esq.,

to be the Returning Officer to conduct the first
election of five Commissioners of the Town District
of Outram, as constituted under "The Town Districts
Act, 1881;" and also to appoint Saturday, the 11th
day of March, 1882, as the time, and the Societies'
Hall, Outram, as the place, for such first election.

Also to appoint the said Societies' Hall, Outram, at
6 o'clock in the evening of Saturday, the 18th day
of March next, to be the place and time for the first
meeting of the Commissioners.
