north to the place of commencement.

Anderson's Bay Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North, North-west, and South-
west by the Otago Harbour; thence again towards
the North-west; towards the North-east, again
towards the North-west, again towards the North-
east, and towards the North by the North-East Har-
bour Subdivision, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the East by the said North-East Harbour
Subdivision and by the Highcliffe Subdivision, herein-
before described; thence towards the South-east by
the Tomahawk Subdivision, hereinbefore described;
again towards the South-west and again towards the
South-east by the Tomahawk Subdivision, herein-
before described; thence towards the South and
again towards the South-west by the said Tomahawk
Subdivision; thence again towards the South-east by
the Tomahawk Subdivision aforesaid; and thence
again towards the South-west by the Borough of St.
Kilda to the Otago Harbour.

BRUCE COUNTY.

Balmoral Road District.

Bounded towards the North-west and towards the
North-east by the Tuapeka County, hereinafter de-
scribed, from the outflow of Crook Burn into the
Clutha River, easterly to the north-west corner
of Section No. 26, Block IX., Waitahuna East Sur-
vey District; thence towards the East by the said
Section No. 26 and Section No. 27, said block and
survey district; thence by a road-line to the north-
eastern boundary-line of the Waitahuna Hundred;
thence towards the South-east and again towards the
North-east by the road-line along the watershed
through Blocks XI., III., and VI., Hillend Sur-
vey District, to Trig. Station D, said Hillend
Survey District; thence again towards the East and
South-east by the Main South Road to the Borough
of Balclutha; thence towards the South-west and
again towards the East by the said Borough of
Balclutha to the Clutha River; and thence again
towards the South-west by the centre of the Clutha
River to the place of commencement.

BRUCE COUNTY.

Waipori Road District.

Bounded towards the North-east by the centre of
the Waipori River from its intersection by the north-
western boundary-line of the West Taieri Hundred
to the Waipori Lake; thence towards the South-east,
South, and towards the North by the said Waipori
Lake and by the Waihola Lake to the north-western
boundary of Block XVIII., Waihola Survey District;
thence again towards the South-east by said Block
XVIII. and by Block VIII., said Waihola Survey
District, to the Main South Road; thence by the
said Main South Road to the easternmost angle of
Section No. 10, Block I., Waihola Survey District
aforesaid; thence towards the South-west and
North-west by said Section No. 10 and by Sec-
tions Nos. 3 and 2, said Block I., Waihola Survey
District aforesaid; thence again towards the North-
west, again towards the South-west and South by
of the said Waipori Road District to the place of com-
mencement.

Block I., Table Hill Survey District, to the north
branch of the Tokomairiro River; thence towards the
West and again towards the North-west by the said
Tokomairiro River to its intersection by the North
Tokomairiro Hundred boundary-line; and thence by
the north-western boundary-line of the said West
Taieri Hundred to the centre of the said Waipori
River, the starting point.

Clarendon Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North and North-east by the
north-east boundary of the Waipori Road District,
hereinbefore described, from the intersection of the
Waipori River by the West Taieri Hundred boun-
dary to a point on the shore of Waihola Lake due
east from Trig. Station M, Clarendon Survey Dis-
trict; thence towards the South by a line drawn
due west through said Trig. Station M to the north
branch of the Tokomairiro River; and thence
towards the North-west by the north-west boundary
of the said Waipori Road District to the place of
commencement.

Waihola West Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North by the Clarendon Sub-
division, hereinbefore described; thence towards the
South-east, towards the North, and again towards the
South-east by the south-eastern boundary of the Wai-
pori Road District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the South-west, towards the North-west,
again towards the South-west, and towards the
South by the southern boundaries of the Waipori
Road District aforesaid to the north branch of the
Tokomairiro River; and thence again towards the
North-west by the western boundary of the Wai-
pori Road District aforesaid to Clarendon Subdivi-
sion, the place of commencement.

CLUTHA COUNTY.

Clydevale Road District.

Commencing at the confluence of the Back Creek
with the Pomahaka River, in the Rankleburn Survey
District; and bounded towards the North-west
by the centre of the said Back Creek to its inter-
section by a right line drawn due west from Trig.
Station D, in Block VI., said Rankleburn Survey
District; thence towards the North by the said
right line and by its production through said
Trig. Station D due east to the centre of the
Clutha River; thence towards the East and South-
east by the centre of the said Clutha River to its
confluence with the Pomahaka River; and thence
towards the South-west by the centre of the said
Pomahaka River to its confluence with the Back
Creek, the place of commencement.

WALLACE COUNTY.

Aparima Road District.

Bounded on the North by the southern boundary-
lines of the Wairio and the Taringatura Survey Dis-
tricts; thence towards the East by the Southland
County, as described in the First Schedule to "The
Counties Act, 1876;" thence towards the South by
the Ocean, the Jacob's River Estuary, and the
Pourapourakono River to the south-west corner of
Block III., Jacob's River Survey District; thence
due west to the western boundary of the said Jacob's
River Survey District; and thence towards the West:
by the said western boundary of Jacob's River Sur-
vey District aforesaid and the western boundary of
the Aparima Hundred to the place of commence-
ment: exclusive of the Borough of Riverton and the
Town District of Otautau.

Waimatuku Subdivision.

Bounded towards the North and East by the Wai-
matuku River, from the Yellow Bluff to the ocean;
