Mercer Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
situate in the Maramarua and the Opaheke Survey
Districts, bounded towards the North-east by the
centre of the Great South Road from the Maungata-
whiri River to the junction of said road with the Puko-
rokoro Road; and thence towards the North-west
continuing along the centre of the last-mentioned
road till it intersects the south-western boundary-line
of Allotment No. 37, Parish of Koheroa; thence in a
right line to the south side of said road; thence
towards the South-west and South-east by the said
Allotment No. 37 to the Pukorokoro Road aforesaid;
thence in a right line to centre of last-named road;
thence towards the North along the centre of Pukoro-
koro Road aforesaid to its intersection by the south-
western boundary-line of Allotment No.39, said Parish
of Koheroa; thence again towards the South-west by
a line to and by the south-western boundary of said
Allotment No. 39 to its north-western angle; thence
again towards the North-west by northern boundary-
line of Allotment No. 39 aforesaid and by the
southern boundary-lines of the Wharekawa No. 2
Block to the Maramarua Stream; thence again
towards the South-east and South-west generally by
the said Maramarua Stream to the Waikato River;
thence by the right bank of the said Waikato River
to the mouth of the Maungatawhiri River; and
thence generally again towards the North-east and
North-west by the said Maungatawhiri River to the
place of commencement: including all islands in
the Waikato River between the Maramarua and the
Maungatawhiri Rivers.

MANUKAU COUNTY.
Otahuhu Road District.
Bounded towards the North by the County of
Manukau, as the said county is described in the First
Schedule to "The Counties Act, 1876;" thence
towards the East by the Tamaki River to the Great
South Road; thence towards the South-west by the
Great South Road aforesaid, and by the boundary
between Messrs. Hall and R. Robertson to the
Manukau Harbour, at a creek running to Mr.
John Fairburn's farm; and thence towards the
North-west by the Manukau Harbour.

PIAKO COUNTY.
Taotaoroa Road District.
All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
situate in the Cambridge Survey District, bounded
towards the North-east and East by Te Pae o tu
Rawaru, Te Tapui, Te Puketutu, and Te Hinuwera
No. 3 Blocks to the Waikato River; thence towards
the South and South-west by the said Waikato River
to the western boundary-line of Allotment No.
335 of the Parish of Hautapu; thence towards the
West by the said western boundary-line of Allotment
No. 335, across a road-line, and by the western
boundary-line of Allotment No. 230, Parish of Hau-
tapu aforesaid, to the Karapera Creek; thence towards
the North by the said Karapera Creek to the south
side of a road-line forming the north-western boun-
dary of Allotment No. 276, Parish of Hautapu afore-
said; thence towards the North-west by last men-
tioned road-line to the northernmost angle of Allot-
ment No. 276, Parish of Hautapu aforesaid; thence
again towards the North-east by the north-eastern
boundary-lines of said Allotment No. 276, and of
Allotments Nos. 275, 274, 273, 272, 271, 270, 269,
268, 267, and 266, all of the Parish of Hautapu afore-
said, to the confiscation boundary-line; thence again
towards the North-west by the said confiscation
boundary-line to Kopuahau; thence again towards
the South-west by the said confiscation boundary-
line to the south-eastern boundary-line of the Maunga-
nui Block; thence again towards the North-west by
the south-eastern boundary of the said Maunganui
Block, by the south-eastern boundary of the Maunga-
kawa Block, and by part of the south-western boun-
dary of the Tawawhakapuoro Block to Te Pae o tu
Rawaru, the place of commencement.

PIAKO COUNTY.
Waitoa Road District.
Bounded towards the North by the southern
boundary-line of Thames County, as the same is
described in the First Schedule to "The Counties
Act, 1876," from the south-western corner of said
Thames County to the Waihou or Thames River;
thence towards the North-east by the said Waihou
or Thames River to the termination of the north-
western boundary of the Turanga-o-moana Block;
thence towards the South-east by a right line from
the point last named to the Waitoa River, at the
termination of the south-eastern boundary of the
Pourewa Block; thence southerly by the Waitoa
River aforesaid to its confluence with the Mangapapa
River, and by the said Mangapapa River to the
north-eastern boundary of Te Tapui Block; thence
by the north-eastern and western boundaries of the
said Te Tapui Block to the Taotaoroa Road District,
hereinbefore described; thence by the northern and
north-western boundary-lines of the said Taotaoroa
Road District to the north-eastern boundary of the
Waikato County, hereinafter described; and thence
towards the South-west and West by the Waikato
County aforesaid to Thames County, the place of
commencement.

WAIPA COUNTY.
Newcastle Road District.
Bounded towards the North-east by the Waikato
River from the southern side of the road forming the
eastern boundary of the Township of Newcastle to
the north-western boundary of the Parish of Pukete;
thence towards the South-east by part of the north-
western boundary of the Parish of Pukete aforesaid
from the said Waikato River to the centre of the road
which forms the eastern boundary of Allotment
No. 91 of the Parish of Horotiu; thence again towards
the North-east by the centre of the last-named road
and by the centre of the road which forms part of the
northern boundary of Allotment No. 146 and the
whole of the northern boundary of Allotment No. 147
of the Parish of Pukete, and by said road continued
south-easterly to the north-eastern angle of Allotment
No. 90 of the parish last named; thence southerly by
the centre of the road which forms the eastern boun-
dary of Allotment No. 90 aforesaid, the eastern
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 91, 93, 94, and 96, to
the northern boundary of the Parish of Tuhikaramea;
thence towards the South by the centre of the road
which forms the northern boundary of the Parish of
Tuhikaramea aforesaid to the north-eastern angle of
Allotment No. 82 of the Parish of Tuhikaramea afore-
said; thence towards the East by the eastern boun-
dary of Allotment No. 82 last mentioned and the
eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 83, 84, 85, and
86 to the centre of the road which forms the eastern
boundaries of Allotments Nos. 67, 66, 54, and 55 of
the parish aforesaid, and by the centre of the said
road last described to its junction with the road at
the south-eastern angle of Allotment No. 55 afore-
said; thence towards the South by the centre of the
road forming the south-western boundaries of Allot-
ments Nos. 55, 53, 52, 51, 48, 47, 46, and 45 of the
Parish of Tuhikaramea aforesaid, and by the centre of
