more or less, situated in the Parish of
Pakuranga, in the Otahuhu Survey Dis-
trict, and being Allotment No. 8 of
Section No. 7 of small lots near the
Village of Howick. Bounded towards
the North by a line, 692 links; towards
the East by a line and a road, 1131 links;
towards the South by a road, 692 links;
and towards the West by Allotment
No. 7, 1131 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is
delineated on plan No. 688, deposited in
the Survey Office, Auckland.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
sixteenth day of December, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-two.

Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the sixth section
of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, James Prender-
gast, the Administrator of the Government of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the
first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees
to provide for the maintenance and care of the
public cemetery specified in the second column of
the said Schedule.

North by Small-Farm Allotment No. 8,
321 links; towards the East by a public
road, 1318 links; towards the South by
a public road, 321 links; and towards
the West by other part of said Small-
Farm Allotment No. 2, 1318 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the

sixteenth day of December, one thousand

east by the Railway Reserve, 1536 links;
and towards the West by Crown land,
1730 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
sixteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

River Otaio, and the continuation thereof
fronting the sea; South-westward by
Lot 2, and North-westward by Lot 3, on
the subdivision plan of Reserve No. 641
(in red), in the Survey Office, Christ-
church and numbered on the said plan
2556 (in red).

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
sixteenth day of December, one thousand
