PETANE.—Commencing at the source of the Manga-
one River; thence due west to the boundary of the
Hawke's Bay County; thence following the county
boundary generally north to the Taupo Road; thence
following the county boundary generally south-east
to the sea-coast; thence southerly along the sea-
coast to the entrance to Napier Harbour; thence
following the west side of said entrance and along the
south side of Meanee Quay to the south-west corner
of the Survey Reserve; thence northerly to the
western shore of Napier Harbour, at the south-west
boundary of Suburban Section No. 30; thence gene-
rally southerly following the western shore of Napier
Harbour to the north-western corner of the Whare-
rangi Native Reserve; thence north-west to the
Apley Estate; thence following the east and north
boundaries of the said estate to the Mangaone River;
thence generally north-westerly up the said river to
the starting point.

MEANEE.—Commencing at the mouth of the Tutae-
kuri River; thence following the said river generally
southerly to the south-western corner of the Whare-
o-maranui Block; thence following the southern
boundary of the said block in an easterly direction to
Tareha's Bridge; thence along the eastern boundary
of the Whataangaanga Block to the Waitangi
Bridge; thence following the Waitangi Creek to its
junction with the Totara Creek; thence generally
south-west along the south-eastern boundaries of the
Meanee suburban sections to the Tutaekuri Waimate
Stream; thence generally southerly down that stream
to the junction with the Ngaruroro River; thence
generally westerly up that river to the western
boundary of the Ohikakarewa Block; thence along
that boundary to the Korokipo Block; thence along
the south-west boundary of that block in a north-
westerly direction to the main road; thence follow-
ing the said road generally northerly to the Redclyffe
Bridge, on the Tutaekuri River; thence along the
said river to the western boundary of Block I.,
Puketapu District; thence following the western
boundary of that block to the north-west corner
thereof; thence following the western boundary of
Meanee suburban sections to the Ahuriri Harbour;
thence following the edge of the said harbour generally
easterly to the starting point.

CLIVE.—Commencing at the Waitangi Bridge;
thence generally south-west along the north boun-
daries to the Waikahu, Te Puninga, and Pakowhai
Blocks to the Tutaekuri-Waimate Stream; thence
following that stream to its junction with the
Ngaruroro River; thence following the east boundary
of the Heretaunga District to Danver's Creek, near
Havelock; thence north-easterly along the south-east
boundary of the Mangateretere East Block to the
Tukituki River; thence southerly along that river
to the boundary between Messrs. Chambers and
Loughman; thence along the said boundary to the
Maraetotara Stream, following the said stream in a
generally northerly direction to the boundary be-
tween Messrs. Gordon and Meinetzhagen; thence
easterly along the said boundary to the sea-coast;
thence following the sea-coast northerly and westerly
to the mouth of the Waitangi Stream; thence follow-
ing the said stream to the starting point.

HERETAUNGA.—Commencing at the junction of the
old bed of the Ngaruroro River and the new course
near the Tutaekuri-Waimate Stream; thence follow-
ing the old bed of the Ngaruroro River to the ford at
Karamu Pah; thence following along the west side of
the road leading into the Te Aute Road to the junc-
tion with that road; thence south-east along the
Te Aute Road to the eastern boundary of the Manga-

teretere West Block; thence along the old bed of the
Ngaruroro to its junction with the Awanui Stream;
thence in a south-westerly direction along the boun-
dary of the Havelock District to the county boun-
dary; thence westerly along that boundary to the
eastern boundary of the Maraekakaho District,
thence along that boundary to the south-western corner
of Block I., Maraekakaho District; thence along
the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of
that block to the south-western corner of Ngata-
rawa No. 3; thence along the southern boundary of
that block and of Ngatarawa No. 5; thence along
the south-eastern boundaries of the Ngatarawa Nos.
5 and 4; thence along the north-eastern boundary
of Ngatarawa No. 4 and the eastern boundary of
Ngatarawa No. 1 to the Ngaruroro River; thence
following the river to Omahu Bridge; thence follow-
ing the present course of the Ngaruroro River in a
generally easterly direction to the starting point.

HAVELOCK.—Commencing at the Ngaruroro River,
at the north-west boundary of the Havelock suburban
lands; thence following that river south-westerly to
the south-west corner of south suburban section of
Havelock No. 8; thence along the southern boun-
dary of that section to the Te Aute Road; thence
along that road to its crossing the railway-line at
Pakipaki; thence following the railway-line in a
south-westerly direction to the bridle track from
Poukawa to Ngawhakatatara; thence along the
western boundary of the Pukerua West Block to the
southern boundary of the county at Roto-a-kiwa;
thence generally easterly along the southern boun-
dary of the county to the sea-coast; thence
generally north along the sea-coast to the southern
boundary of Clive District; and thence along the
southern boundary of the said district to the starting
point.

MARAEKAKAHO.—Commencing at the Omahu
Bridge, Ngaruroro River; thence following that
river westerly to its junction with the Taruarau
Stream; thence southerly along the easterly boun-
dary of the Patea District to the southern boundary
of the county; thence following the said boundary
in an easterly, northerly, and easterly direction to
the western boundary of the Heretaunga District;
thence following the western boundary of the said
district in a generally north-easterly direction to the
starting point.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
sixteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the sixth section of
"The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, James Prendergast,
the Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery speci-
fied in the second column of the said Schedule.
