Pembroke Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the sixth section of
"The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, James Prendergast,
the Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several per-
sons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule.

Name of Public Cemetery, and Description
of Land.
PEMBROKE.
All that parcel of land in the Provin-
cial District of Otago, containing by
admeasurement 10 acres, more or less,
situate in the Town of Pembroke, and
marked "Cemetery" on the map of the
said town. Bounded towards the North-
east by Stone Street, 1000 links; towards
the South-east by Section No. 2, Block
III., Lower Wanaka District, 1000 links;
towards the South-west by the said Sec-
tion No. 2, 1000 links; and towards tha
North-west by Section No. 1 of the said
Block III., 1000 links.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
Trustees appointed for Maintenance of the Dunoon
Public Cemetery.

DUNOON.
All that parcel of land in the Provin-
cial District of Otago, containing by
admeasurement 1 rood 36.8 perches,
situate in the Township of Dunoon, and
being Section No. 25 on the map of the
said township. Bounded towards the
North-east by a road reserve, 398.8
links; towards the South-east by Section
No. 11 of said township, 233.8 links;
and towards the South-west by a road
reserve, 104.8 links and 259 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
sixteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.
